We’re very sorry that your stay didn’t meet our usual 5 star standards. With regards to the garden, there is no beehive - perhaps a wasps nest which we will deal with now it has been bought to our attention. We would have immediately dealt with this had we been alerted during your stay, unfortunately wasps are a hazard of the countryside location but we do have a very reliable company on standby that deal with them within a couple of hours. We do hope the child in question is feeling better now. I did explain during our many pre arrival communications that the owner of the property is immediately next door and available to deal with any problems or issues at all. As self catering accommodation we do provide supplies for guests arrival - to get started rather than a constant supply more familiar to hotels. We do provide a relatively comprehensive welcome pack. The payments issue was unfortunate and caused by our own systems rather than vrbo - we advertise across many platforms including our own and the software ensures we have no double bookings. I apologise again for any inconvenience this may have caused.
