A spacious villa with private pool and wonderful panoramic view over the sea

Villa Remvi is a 3 level villa built on the top of a hill, just 600m from the sea, offering an amazing view of the sea, the Thodorou islet and the lower Stalos Village. Lower Stalos is a waterfront touristic village that is located 8 km away from the city of Chania. It is made-up by a long, endless, sandy, awarded a blue flag beach and a very lively waterfront with numerous cafes, restaurants, taverns and bars located along the seaside road.

The name of the villa is not accidental. Remvi means reverie…You can seat on the garden furniture on the verandas or on the beach chairs around the private pool and be lost in your thought. The area is peaceful and the view majestic. In the garden there are a barbecue and a traditional stone oven, where you can cook delicious dishes.

The villa has two entrances; one on the first level and one on the third level. The first level consists of a spacious dining room with an open plan kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a bathroom and an utility room. One more double bed is found on a mezzanine floor. A spiral staircase leads to the second level where one more double bedroom is found. The living room with the fireplace is on the third level. A bathroom and a veranda complete this level. Few stairs lead from this level to a mezzanine floor with a double bed and a bathroom.
