Villa Ashdene is a spacious 3/4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa that can sleep up to 7 and is situated in the popular area of Costa Papagayo, in Playa Blanca. This is approximately a 30 minute transfer from the airport.

The moment you step into this wonderful villa you will feel the luxury around you. Maintained to an exceptionally high standard and beautifully decorated throughout with high quality furnishings and fittings. For those who like to swim, the heated pool is perfect as it’s longer than most.

It is also in a great central location, being approximately 20 minutes’ walk to the Playa Dorada Beach and the bars of Papagayo Centre. A further 10 minute walk brings you to the prestigious Marina Rubicon which hosts an abundance of bars, restaurants and high end shops or the town centre of Playa Blanca with its seafront shops, bars and restaurants and the local port where you can also get a ferry for a day trip to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.

Inside, the villa is beautifully decorated and provides everything needed for you to enjoy your holiday to the maximum. The villa is all on one floor, so ideal for those with young children or elderly parents. From the front door, you enter a hallway which leads to the large open plan kitchen/living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all new appliances (including a dishwasher) and a central island with stools.

The lounge has two big comfy sofas, a large screen TV with UK IPTV package, high speed fibre optic internet with wi-fi and air conditioning. There are double doors leading from the living room to the covered alfresco dining area which overlooks the pool and garden.

To the right on entry there is a master bedroom which has a really comfortable king-size bed, a TV with UK IPTV package and doors to rear terrace and garden. There is also an en-suite bathroom, a family bathroom with walk in shower and a twin bedroom. To the left on entry is a single bedroom and off of this bedroom is another twin bedroom. All bedrooms have plenty of storage along with air conditioning in bedrooms 1, 2 and 3.

Outside, to the front of the property are mature well designed gardens and a driveway with gated access and a parking area for 2 cars.

To the rear of the property there is a spacious entertainment area with sun loungers, a comfy day bed, a separate BBQ/Bar area and an unusually large private heated swimming pool with easy entry steps. A large covered area with alfresco dining table and chairs and comfy sofas with a table all looking over the pool and gardens provide for more relaxing moments.

The bar and BBQ area are a great addition and make for a great family BBQ day or night. The bar has sockets for phone charging and speakers. There is also a side gate leading to the rear of the property and high surrounding walls ensure privacy.

Towels and linen are all provided and changed every full week.
