Charming little house with a sauna chalet

A typical old Norman house built of brick and half-timbering, fully renovated and set in a 2,000-square-meter garden, in a very quiet and unspoiled setting. View of the pastures, with no neighbors directly across. The first floor features a living room with a fireplace and a large, very comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room (refrigerator-freezer, multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher), a spacious bathroom with a large bathtub, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms:<br>The first, measuring 13m², features a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds and a desk.<br>The second is a 23m² mini-suite with a large walk-in shower and a powder room. The bedding is new and high-end. Sheets, towels, bathrobes, and slippers are provided, all of high quality. Complimentary toiletries are also available<br>The house has a TV with a DVD player, a stereo system with Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi.<br>For babies: crib, mattress, mattress protector, fitted sheet, and high chair.<br>In the garden: <br>The Norwegian-style sauna (dry sauna) seats 4 and features a window overlooking the trees, a changing area, and an outdoor shower for a truly relaxing experience.<br>Adjacent to the sauna is a covered patio with garden furniture for relaxing after a sauna session or enjoying a drink in any season (soft, warm blankets provided), as well as an open-air patio with a table and chairs for dining under the stars, illuminated by bal musette lanterns.<br>A second terrace, featuring a table, benches, and a very large umbrella, is bordered by lavender and accessible from the living room.<br>In the garden, a hammock, sun loungers, and deck chairs are available and can be moved around as you please. <br><br>In this cottage, everything is designed for our guests’ complete relaxation. We’ve paid special attention to the details to ensure your stay is a memorable experience.<br>To ensure a stress-free arrival or to enhance your short stays, we’ve provided welcome amenities: organic soap, shampoo, and shower gel, as well as condiments, a small emergency kit for your first breakfast, and other thoughtful touches...<br>Our cottage is an LPO (Bird Protection League) sanctuary. No insecticides or pesticides are used.
