Indoor facilities
Villa Liakos is a one-floor residence. with an open-air living room with a satellite TV, a desk, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for 6 guests. On the same floor, there is a bedroom with a double-size bed and a twin-size bed with a satellite TV and direct access to the exterior area. Another bedroom with a double-sized bed is located on the same floor with a satellite TV, an amazing pool view, and an ensuite bathroom. The property offers free WiFi, air conditioning, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, and a terrace.

Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, a sitting area under a protected pergola, and pretty close there is a dining table for 6 persons. A barbeque spot is in the same area as the dining table offering special cooking moments for you and your loved ones. The private garden lawn is located right next to this area creating the perfect location for you and your loved ones to enjoy the wonderful sea view. Parking space is offered for your vehicles.

Breakfast
Upon request, we can arrange breakfast in the villa at an extra cost. Ask us for the menu and the exact cost.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
