We had a fantastic stay in La Finca. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could need. The garden gets the sun all day long and there are several outdoor seating areas with shade when needed. The roof terrace was particularly lovely in the evening.

This was our second time staying in the villa. It is a beautiful villa and Marc was very efficient with checking us in, out & responding to a query we had.One disappointment this time was the condition of the sun loungers. 3 of 6 were broken (apparently being replaced next month). We had to take it in turns to use the unbroken ones. Also there was a lot of dog noise this year from next door.Other than that we enjoyed our stay here.

Algorfa Stay

I couldn't have asked for a better place. Such a lovely villa! Check-in and check out was so easy. Honestly such a lovely area too, having the golf course so close.

Stayed here in mid June 26 as a family group, and really enjoyed our stay, The villa is excellent, very modern and clean. The pool is lovely, when we stayed it was a nice temperature around 29C. We enjoyed sitting on the roof terrace in the late evening.Downstairs is a large lounge/kitchen/diner area, off it are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, one bedroom has patio doors to the pool area and one has patio doors to the front patio area. All doors have security shutter blinds. Upstairs there is 1 bedroom with an en suite bathroom and patio doors to the roof terrace, which can also be access by a separate door. Evening meals were taken on the front patio once the sun had gone off.One comment to make which other reviews have mentioned is there needs to be more parasols in the pool area as there was only one which only effectively shaded 1 of the 6 sunbeds. Recommend the golf Clubhouse for food, we had a very nice cooked breakfast and a lunch there all at reasonable prices. Also we had a lovely meal at a restaurant called The Bistro which is situated at the site entrance where the shops and bars are.

This beautiful modern villa exactly matched our high expectations

The check in/out process was efficient and friendly thanks to Marc. He was also very quick to respond when we had a minor pool pump issue too. The villa was beautifully clean and so well equipped in a quiet neighbourhood (apart from a a few dogs barking!) We would definitely stay there again.

Great communication from the host and Marco. Smooth checking in process. Villa spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We had everything we needed. Pool and outside space extremely well kept. Would suggest a car to get around as it’s about a 20-30 minute walk to shops/restaurants. Golf course is stunning and not too far to walk to. All in all a memorable holiday just relaxing which was well needed!

Wedding trip

We had a great time, we went to a wedding at La Finca. The villa was as described and met our needs. The showers were excellent. I think it would be more flexible if the beds can be doubles or singles or a mixture. Marc was really helpful, sorted some groceries for us on arrival as we were late arriving

Modern and well equipped house in a very quiet neighbourhood with a nice outside area to enjoy the pool. There was only one parasol however and we felt it needed more. The roof terrace is large with ample seating but not very well lit.The air conditioning in the main bedroom is strangely positioned round the corner and as such takes quite a while to cool the room down but is fine once it has been running for a while. We liked that there is a kitchen island which provides ample food prep space and the kitchen is pretty well equipped. The driveway isn’t available because the gate isn’t in use which is a pity but there is always a space to park your vehicle in the street.Overall we would recommend this villa and will definitely consider booking it again if we’re in the area

Peace and Quite!

The property was stunning - white, light and bright. Modern with everything to enjoy a week of peace and quiet, with an abundance of everything. Terraces, splash pool, sun beds, cooking facilities including a bbq. Minutes away from a lovely golf course and easy access to the coast. However, there were a few problems which I’m sure will be fixed. The top terrace pergola covering was damaged which was inconvenient as it was too hot to sit out. The ground floor bathroom door would not stay closed and the lock didn’t work which was a bit awful as it opened directly onto the living / kitchen space. Being the end of the summer season I suspect there is a need for a more thorough cleaning of the property and the pool. Perhaps the bed linen could be upgraded. All this said I would book the property again.

Inaccurate Description

The house is lovely. But: It is listed as 3 bathroom which it is not. The property manager stated the shower outside by the pool is considered a 3rd bathroom .....are we that gullible? I was specifiacally looking for a 3 bdrm 3 bath property and missed out on others as I liked the location of this one. Please correct and make the listing accurate. Also the automatic gate I was told was not working the duration of our stay so we had to park on the street. If it is not working the people renting should be told beforehand. The drains for the showers were plugged as well as the sinks. I cleaned them out myself....they were all full of hair. The traps need to be cleaned out on a regular basis. The induction stove cooktop did not work properly the entire time we were there. It always went to an error code. We found out the code meant that the cooktop did not have the right amount of electricity going to the unit. The villa itself is lovely but there were a lot of problems we encountered and did not get what was advertised online.

Hello, Thanks for your feedback. In order to no longer have any interpretation and translation problems, I have modified the announcement. The filters retaining the hair must possibly be cleaned during the stay, they are cleaned after each rental. Cordially.

fantastischer Aufenthalt
