Recientemente renovado 3 dormitorios TownHome en el corazón de Wrightsville Beach

Darling casa, muy bien decorado y recién renovado en 2017. Cerca de la playa y todo lo que Wrightsville Beach tiene para ofrecer. Su alquiler de vacaciones es segunda fila de playa, a pocos pasos del acceso a la playa. También se encuentra a una cuadra del sonido, con excelentes vistas del espumoso Canal de los Bancos, tanto dentro de su espaciosa sala de estar como de los dos grandes balcones. La propiedad está en condiciones prístinas. Está a poca distancia de la tienda de comestibles de la isla, cafetería, tienda de surf, restaurantes, bares y muelle de pesca. Bicicletas y tablas de paddle se pueden alquilar cerca. Hay cochera y garaje para 5 coches. Comedor para ocho o dentro o fuera de la cubierta que tiene un toldo retráctil. Área de parrilla abajo tiene su propio comedor y sala de estar. Práctica ducha cerrada exterior. Viene equipado con sillas de playa, toallas, una variedad de juguetes de playa, refrigeradores y un carro para llevarlo todo fácilmente a la playa.

Aceptamos alquileres semanales solamente del 15 de mayo al 15 de septiembre. Hay un mínimo de 3 noches desde el 15 de septiembre hasta el 15 de mayo.

We really enjoyed our time there during our beach getaway. The house is located close to everything we needed but is also on a quiet street. Bonus points with the garage downstairs, all the beach related amenities and a very nice collection of Beach Towels as soon as you enter the bottom floor was awesome. Also loved the outside shower.We are looking forward to booking with you again in the future.

Property was clean and filled with all needed amenities. It was perfectly located.

Our stay was perfect. I can not say one negative thing. The property was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed for morning coffee and any cooking we needed to do. The location was in walking distance to the beach, the piers, shopping, food, and adorable ice cream shops. The community was filled with the sweetest people. I was fortunate to meet the owner of the property and she was so nice and accommodating.

Perfect place in the perfect location!

I can't say enough great things about this place. We stay at VRBO properties a few times a year and this one ranks among the best! The location was perfect, steps from the beach and views of the river from the house. It is also a block from shops and restaurants. It had everything we needed, space for everyone, and was very clean and well maintained.

Great location!

We have stayed at this property a few times and it never disappoints. The property is clean, quiet and well appointed. Fantastic location with nice deck areas and private garage. Highly recommend!

Great Property in Great Location

We just spent a long weekend at this property and it was an outstanding experience. The property is gorgeous and the location in Wrightsville Beach is incredibly convenient with the beach just a short walk from the house and restaurants and stores just a few blocks away. The deck is one of the most relaxing places we have ever experienced. There is a great tree just off the deck in the back and a wonderful view of the waterway on the other end of the deck. The deck includes an awning that can be extended by clicking a switch so you can relax on the deck even when it is raining. We had just 4 adults staying for the weekend and the bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and comfortable. This property would easily accommodate 6 persons. We rented this property as a place to stay for a family wedding that took place in Wrightsville Beach over the Labor Day weekend. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay with no plans other than having a relaxing vacation. We have stayed at quite a few great VRBO properties in many different locations. This property is now at the top of our best places stayed list.

The most wonderful stay!

The photos online don’t give this beautiful beach home justice. It was the cleanest Vrbo rental I have ever stayed in! It felt so clean, so cozy, had everything you needed and then some! The location is a dream, you get to sit on the porch and see the intercostal waterway, and it’s just a couple steps from the beach! This place was the perfect Wrightsville rental, walking distance to everything you could need, coffee, bars, food, etc! Will certainly be renting here again!

Excellent Location and Comfort

Beyond our expectations. The condo was very comfortable for several people, clean and the outside deck was a lovely place to hang out in the shade while looking at the waterway and a nice breeze.

Great vacation getaway!

My husband, our two toddlers, and my mom stayed at this beautiful beach house and we couldn’t be happier! It was very clean and in such a great location to everything, including stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach! Martha was so responsive and very sweet and helpful. We will definitely be booking again next year!

Our new favorite!

From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left (not that we wanted to!) everything was amazing! We have rented several VRBOs through the years and this is by far our favorite. It's spacious, very clean, and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the beach!! The views from the deck are amazing and the retractable awning was awesome for shade when needed. We had more than enough parking (including a garage spot) and everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs, and even beach coolers. The toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soaps, etc were a nice touch as well. Martha was a delightful host and extremely responsive. You will not regret booking your stay here.....we can't wait to schedule our next one!

This is the second time we have stayed here for one week and we will be back. Perfect location, very clean and spacious! One of the best experiences on VRBO that we have had. Don’t think twice about this property if you are staying in Wrightsville Beach!

Fantastic location, beautifully maintained, awesome!

We loved everything about this property from start To finish! Martha was quick to respond to any questions and super accommodating. The location was perfect…just steps from the beach access and the sound. Amazing sunsets right From the brand new deck. Inside was lovely and had absolutely everything you needed from beach towels to a well stocked kitchen. The layout was great and beds were comfy. There was also plenty of parking which is always a plus. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Best location at Wrightsville!

My family of 4 stayed here for a long weekend at Easter and we have found our new favorite place to stay at Wrightsville Beach! Our youngest daughter is a junior at UNCW and we have stayed at many places over the last 3 years and have found our favorite! You cannot beat the location if you have 21+ children. We loved the convenience to the beach, shops, and restaurants, the view of the sound, and our kids loved the proximity to the beach bars. We also enjoyed the deck where we were comfortable soaking up the sun when the beach was too cold. The place was very clean and comfortable with large kitchen, large living room, and large TV which was important for NCAA basketball games. Small touches show they value comfort of their guests, like hand soap at every sink, beds were made when we arrived instead of just clean sheets on top of the beds, and beach towels and chairs provided. Great communication with the owner. We had a wonderful trip and can't wait to come back. Thank you Martha!

This was the perfect location for our group for the weekend. We were in Wrightsville Beach to participate in the Ironman 70.3 event as a relay. We were able to get a few more hours of sleep and easily walk to the swim and bike start. House was clean and had everything that we needed for the weekend. We would definitely rebook if down that way again.

Awesome Location! Plenty of Beach!

With the beach access being so close we were able to visit the beachfront multiple times a day. The place is also very nice with balconies on all levels, each with their own view.
