Charming Wrightsville Beach Cottage! Newly updated!

Come visit this classic Wrightsville Beach Cottage NEWLY RENOVATED AND PAINTED where its charm and comforts are sure to please. Located on the oceanside of Oxford St., this 1930's cottage offers incredible access to the beach as well as banks channel. The location cannot be beat as you are within walking distance of WB's restaurants, bars & shops as well as Johnnie Mercer's Pier! This is the perfect place to relax, have fun and to experience everything Wrightsville Beach has to offer.

Our 4-bedroom home will comfortably sleep 8 guests offering 3 queen beds and 1 set of bunk beds. No need to worry yourself with linens, each room comes with its own set of sheets. The cottage has 3 full bathrooms, that have all JUST been renovated and will be stocked with fresh laundered towels and basic toiletries. Beach towels are also provided! The newly updated kitchen offers everything you will need for dining and cooking while staying with us! New stainless-steel appliances, dishes, drinkware, silverware, and all of the cooking utensils you will need. Traditional coffee maker and filters are provided.

Storage of your beach equipment, toys, etc., is abundant as the underneath of the home is completely open with enclosed outside shower. The fully enclosed back yard is perfect for an evening cookout.

Parking for up to 5 cars.

We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

Before making your reservation, please understand that it is a 1930s beach cottage that oozes with rustic charm and personality. If you are looking for something newer with larger bedrooms and bathrooms, you would be advised to look elsewhere. However, if you are looking for an old-school Wrightsville Beach experience, you cannot find a more perfect spot! Pets are not allowed due to all new furniture and renovations. Was a perfect place in a perfect location for our family. Easy walk to the beach as well as the restaurants. Great space to connect as a family with a large table to gather around, and plenty of outdoor space to relax in as well. Would definitely stay here again if available next year.

The cottage was the perfect space for our extended family! Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Comfortable rooms, well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Love the front porch and easy access to the beach. The host was very kind and easy to contact. I highly recommend this lovely cottage!

Fantastic family getaway

The home was in great shape and it was a very convenient location. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and went above and beyond to respond to our family. We were traveling with our baby for the first time and they made this stay very relaxing!

Amazing stay

Bart was very friendly & communicative throughout our stay, and the house was perfect for our large group. I’ve been visiting Wrightsville since I was a teen, and this was one of the best houses I’ve stayed in! Would definitely book again for next year

Great stay!

Our family—four adults and three teenagers—enjoyed a wonderful late summer visit to Wrightsville Beach. This adorable cottage was perfectly accessible to the beach, the loop, restaurants, and shopping. We loved spending mornings and evenings on the porch—with an added bonus of very sweet neighbors. Host communication and flexibility were both very much appreciated.

Very Cool Rental

We loved this property! Charming, well equipped and comfy. The layout allowed for privacy and our teen girls were well accommodated with the bunk beds. It was a hot July week but the AC kept the house very cool at all times. Would definitely book again !

Fall Break at the Beach

House was cozy and comfortable with plenty of get together space. Had nice family breakfast in the kitchen area after seeing sunrise at the beach. Reading on the porch, making plans for the day in the living room and just talking were fun since we came from San Diego, Kauai and New Hampshire. ,

A Wrightsville Dream!

I've been going to Wrightsville Beach off and on for the last 30 years, so I mean it when I say that this is one of the best places I've had the pleasure of staying. Quick access to the beach and a short walk or bike ride to charming downtown area, this beautiful house is in one of the best locations Wrightsville has to offer. We loved the large front porch, and the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our large group. We'll certainly be hoping to book the same stay for years to come!

Cozy Cottage

This newly remodeled home was perfect. We got the best of vintage wrightsville and beautiful interior design. Perks include the covered front porch with comfy rockers, screened in front porch for rainy nights, steps to beach, steps to the Loop, short walk to shops and nightlife. The host was wonderful! We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back :)

Family Gathering at the Beach

The house was cozy and inviting plenty of room for everyone. But also great sharing spaces and so close to the beach. Our daughter and her family from Hawaii joined my husband, her sister and nephew and I in NC for our fall visit. This house was ideal close to restaurants the beach and easy for friends to find —- since my daughter attended UNCW and worked here prior to moving to Hawaii.

Memorial Day weekend with the Grandkids

Things we loved: lots of different spaces to hang out; the dinning room table sat all eleven of us; the screen porch was a favorite; very convenient access to the beach; just the right distance from the ice cream stand; everything we needed to fix big family meals; comfortable beds. Things we would have liked: towel hooks in the bathrooms; better info on where to find the beach chairs.

As good as it gets!!!

Our family of 6 LOVED our stay. This is a perfect beach house, decorated beautifully and in an ideal location!!! Quiet street, close to everything. Only about 200 steps to the beach!!!! Parking is a HUGE bonus. We loved everything about the house - layout, bathrooms, clean boho beach decor, front porch, rockers, screened porch, kitchen, having a dining table that comfortably sat all of us with room for more, beach gear, convenient hose out front to clean off our feet, etc…. Was our dream home for the week and none of us wanted to leave. Felt more like guests than renters in this classic, beautifully updated, spacious, well stocked comfortable beach house with great vibes. Exceptional stay and can’t wait to return!!! Thank you!!!!

Love the cottage.

Perfect place to stay with our dog. Nice fenced in yard and we created a “gate” for the front porch. The porch!! Comfortable and plentiful rockers and a table for dining outside. Quick access to the beach.

Very Nice Beach Cottage

We loved this beach cottage. It was very comfortable. Property was Clean and Cool when we arrived. Great AC, comfy beds, and nicely decorated. Short walk to the beautiful beach of Wrightsville. Close proximity to Johnnie Mercers and to the shops and restaurants of Wrightsville beach. Highly recommended property!
