Villa Toic is situated in a neighborhood of well-maintained holiday homes and offers 140 m² of living space. It is decorated in a charming Mediterranean style, blending traditional character with the conveniences of modern living. The villa is spacious and bright, with beautifully arranged outdoor spaces to ensure a comfortable stay.
The villa features three terraces, each with its own unique purpose. The largest terrace, measuring 22 m², is located in front of the living room and kitchen. It is furnished with a lounge seating area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening while taking. The second terrace, adjacent to the outdoor kitchen, is equipped with a stone counter, sink, barbecue, and a large wooden table for eight people. This terrace is ideal for gathering with family or friends and preparing delicious meals on the grill. There's also an outdoor shower nearby, perfect after a day spent at the beach. The third terrace is located on the first floor of the house and is accessible from the bedrooms, offering privacy and panoramic sea views.
For your convenience, the villa provides two parking spaces in front of the house, secured by garden gates, as well as a garage for one car. From the garage, you can access a spacious storage area equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher. This practical space is directly connected to the kitchen for added convenience in managing daily tasks.
As you enter the first floor of the villa, you'll find an open and bright space that combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and a 55-inch TV with satellite programs, perfect for relaxing and watching your favorite shows. The dining area includes a large table for six people, and the fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, such as an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. There is also a small guest bathroom on this floor.
On the upper floor, there are three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a large double bed, a work desk, a safe, and a private bathroom. From this room, you can access a balcony with a beautiful sea view. The other two bedrooms, slightly smaller, also feature double beds and share a second bathroom. All bedrooms are prepared with fresh linens and towels, so you can feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
The entire house is air-conditioned and has wireless internet access, allowing you to stay connected to the outside world if you wish. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets, ensuring a peaceful and uninterrupted night's sleep.
The surroundings of Villa Toic offer many opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. Just 100 meters from the house, you will find bars, restaurants, a small market, a playground, and a marina, where you can spend pleasant moments exploring local delicacies and culture. In addition, the island of Krk is full of wonderful places worth visiting. The towns of Krk, Vrbnik, and Malinska, located around 15 kilometers away, offer rich cultural heritage, historical landmarks, and top-notch culinary experiences. We especially recommend trying the famous local wine, Vrbnička Žlahtina, and savoring the deliciously prepared dishes typical of the island of Krk.
