Casa LILiANNE is a 3 bedroom 2 bath detached villa with good size private pool. Lots of outdoor space with various seating areas. Situated in a position where all amenities are within walking distance. Ten minute drive to beautiful beaches in guardamar. Very comfortable and bright villa. Five minute walk to Benijófar and rojales. Formentera is a 10 minute walk . There is a large ravine very nearby with a lake park and wild life.

We have put non slip treads on the stairs to villa and from the garden to the pool area as it was pointed out in previous review they could be dangerous . This villa is accessed by 10 stairs. The accommodation. Is then all on one level PROPERTY LICENSE VT481195-A. We now have french/German and Scandinavian television as well as English television. There is aircon units in all bedrooms. THIS VILLA IS AVAILABLE FOR A MAXIMUM OF 10 DAYS DUE TO SPANISH LEGISLATION.

Preciosa casa

La estancia ha sido estupenda, la casa es muy bonita, está limpia y tiene absolutamente de todo. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones para poder dormir muy agusto. La casa, es mucho mejor cuando la ves las fotos no enseñan lo chula que está la casa. La picina es genial y está limpia y muy cuidada

Big beautiful villa with plenty of garden space with many sunbeds ,big pool which we loved being in ,air conditioning and fans in rooms which we needed and showers ,comfortable living space and kitchen good size. 10 mins to restaurants which were chinese ,english and pizza .nearest supermarket 15 mins

We had the most incredible family holidays at this beautiful villa in Spain! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The private pool was a dream, and we spent hours relaxing, swimming, and soaking in the sun in total privacy.The setting was peaceful and picturesque, yet conveniently located near local shops and restaurants. It was the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility, making it ideal for both relaxation and day trips.What truly made our stay extra special was our wonderful host. They were very welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire visit — offering great local tips and making sure we felt completely at home. If you want something quiet, this is the ideal place and 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars

We had an amazing time pool bigger than what you expected from home to home feeling quiet where we are but a lovely steady walk to all amenities which makes it best of both worlds

Amazing villa

I cannot fault this villa it has everything you need. The outdoor space and pool are amazing. The town had lovely bars restaurants and shops all within walking distance. I will definitely book again and would highly recommend, communication through the booking process and stay was 100%.

Just arrived back from an amazing 2 weeks. From start to finish Anne was amazing and extremely helpful. On arrival Lyn and Paul were on hand and very supportive through out our stay. The villa is spacious, the pool is divine and the local area had lots going on. Highly recommend and thank you for an amazing holiday.

The host was very helpful from our initial booking and also Lyn who greeted us on arrival. She showed us around the villa and gave us info on where things were locally. The villa was spotless, comfortable and equipped with everything you could need for your holiday. The photos do not do it justice and the pool was fantastic and bigger than it looks in the photos. Within walking distance (less than 10mins) is a Consum supermarket and the centre of Benimar with all the bars, shops and restaurants. There is also a beautiful park at the edge of Benijófar with a bar in the centre. We have already booked to return in November. Great villa in a perfect location.

Superb Property

The whole experience of booking, staying and leaving this property was seamless, convenient and incredibly easy. The host's contact and updates were really helpful. In arrival we were greeted at the property by the keyholder who was a lovely lady that gave us a tour of the building and some information about the local area. The property is spotless, well equipped, perfectly located and has the added benefit of a private pool! I can't recommend this place enough.

Lovely stay, but could do with some safety improvements.

Lovely villa, great location. But could do with some safety improvements namely, steps to property and down to pool and edge are tiled and proved to be naturally slippy, plus relying on balustrade tops as hand rails does not work.

An amazing property in a truly perfect location.

We were amazed at the standard of this property. It was absolutely perfect. With bars and restaurants in such an easy walk. The pool was amazing, we had problems getting our 16 year old son out of it. Great host and thanks to Lynn and Paul. We will definitely be back!

Great place

Lovely holiday at this beautiful villa, everything you could want for a great time. The pool was fantastic for all the family to enjoy as the temperature was in the high thirties. Ann the owner was more than helpful due to a problem with the covid situation and helped make our plans for the holiday a lot easier. Lynn and Paul met us at the villa and helped us settle in. A great time was had by all of us.Would recommend car hire as we did. Great

Belle Surprise

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la villa d'Anne Walker. Tout était parfait. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine. Le quartier est calme et sûr, la villa est très bien équipée. Le Wi-Fi est top. Le barbecue aussi. Le tout pour un prix très intéressant. Lyn, la dame qui nous a accueilli est super gentille et aux petits soins. Le seul petit négatif, c'est la voiture qui ne peut pas entrer dans l'emplacement prévu à cause d'un arbre. Mais ce n'est pas un problème car il y a un emplacement toujours libre à côté de la maison. Nous reviendrons certainement si l'occasion se présente.

The area of benimar is perfectly located. It’s quiet but there is plenty of activity very nearby. Shops bars restaurants are in ambundance. Guardamar Beach is ten mins by car. There is a bus to beach from rojales which is 20 min walk .

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our villa is spacious and bright. The pool is a good size and receives plenty of sun. There is several seating areas either in the sun or in the shade. Overall it’s a very homely comfortable villa. We do not consider it just a rental for others primarily it’s our home .
