Bienvenidos a MariSol 902.

Comencemos con la configuración de la cama: King, King, Twin, sobre Full litera, sofá cama Queen. Piensa en eso: ¡es mucho espacio para 9!

MariSol 902 es un espacioso condominio de 3 dormitorios frente al mar que brinda un excelente telón de fondo para unas divertidas vacaciones familiares. Cuando ingresa a esta residencia en condominio, sabe que está en un lugar de vacaciones diseñado para familias que buscan todo lo que necesita: excelentes vistas, habitaciones grandes, bien equipadas, hermosa playa, una gran piscina y una ubicación conveniente para todo.

Pero empecemos con lo que hace que este sea el lugar perfecto. Salga al balcón y lo primero que notará son las impresionantes vistas del Golfo. MariSol está construido cerca de la playa, por lo que obtienes unas vistas impresionantes de la playa y el agua. De hecho, querrá llevar sus binoculares para que pueda disfrutar de su café de la mañana viendo a los delfines jugando en el agua. Sentirás que puedes alcanzarlos y tocarlos. Querrá pasar todo el tiempo aquí porque tiene maravillosas vistas de la playa y del golfo. Realmente disfrutarás de las espectaculares puestas de sol hacia el oeste. El área de cocina abierta está bien equipada y le ofrece excelentes vistas. Está completamente surtido, así que no importa si está cocinando su especialidad o simplemente preparando macarrones con queso para los niños, tiene todo lo que necesita para complacer a la familia.

El área de comedor tiene capacidad para seis personas cómodamente y ofrece vistas a la playa para que la familia pueda compartir comidas e intercambiar su parte favorita de sus días en la playa mientras disfruta de toda la belleza del golfo.

La MASTER SUITE cuenta con lujosas camas KING y baño privado. Hay mucho espacio para guardar tu ropa de playa en los armarios espaciosos. Excellent Condo!

Had a great time at this property! The condo was spacious and well kept with a great view of the ocean. Plenty of space for family of 5. Location is excellent as it is near many attractions and restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Fantastic property

Very spacious! View was awesome. Beds were very comfy. Loved the location- not a ton of people on the beach and short walk to Pineapple Willy’s. Parking is good, property manager got back with me promptly with my questions I had. Would definitely stay there again!!!

The unit was spacious and clean. It offers everything you need in the kitchen. Handicapped assessable. The balcony facing the beach was the best parts. Parking was easy. We would visit again!

Location way too busy

Location dead in middle of construction. Parking situation was bad. Room was nice but actual property next door to tons of construction. Beach loaded with the chairs/umbrellas you have to pay a fortune for. Just way too much going on with four kids and elderly parents. If noise and construction and parking and beach access not a concern, go for it.

Everything was great. I had not realized there were only 2 bathrooms instead of 3, which made it a little hard with all of us. There were 7 of us. Condo was pretty and was well stocked for cooking. The view of the beach from the 9th floor was beautiful. Only problem we had was when we first got there the air conditioning was set at 75 and it was very hot in the condo. I called maintenance and he came right out and after a short time he was able to get it turned down for us, which was great!

Property was great, managers not so much

We weathered hurricane sally here and the property was great. The problem we had was with the property management. Being that we had to be inside for 4 of our 7 days we used tech. But the tv wouldn’t work and the internet was painfully bad. The property management (best beach getaways) was no help and pushed the problem to the maintenance of the property but could not give us a name, or number of who to contact and said it was not their problem.

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at MariSol, however the rental company we rented from was no help at all. I called multiple times and left voice mails and never received a call back. I also sent emails and never got a response. Their automated message said "due to high call volumes they couldn't answer all messages." This is not acceptable when you are spending this amount of money on a place for your family and you have questions but you never get a response or able to speak to anyone. I would stay at this place again but would definitely book through a different company.

Beautiful Place but needs maintenance

This condo is beautiful and the view is perfect! Unfortunately, the toilet in the master was dirty and had hair on it. You can only call maid service til 5pm and we arrived after that, so had to clean it ourselves. THEN the sheets on the bed looked like they were rolled up in a ball and the pictures showed nice comforters or bedspreads, but there were none! The furniture needs to be cleaned too. The biggest problem with this unit was the master bath shower. The ceiling and some walls are covered in BLACK MOLD. Very unhealthy for everyone. We would have left but had already spent too much to stay here and didn't know if we could find another place. I'm planning on calling the health dept. to report this.

Won’t stay again

Feet were black after walking around unit first night, wasn’t mopped at all or swept. Maintenance kept telling us the fire dept had to come in to make some adjustments to sprinklers all week and no one ever came which we never knew if someone was going to show up or not. Would get a text but never showed. Couldn’t relax or sleep in knowing someone could show up at anytime. Walls are thin, Road super busy all night in front. Kids couldn’t sleep with traffic and zooming cars/engines- front 2 bedrooms No extra beach furniture provided except the 2 beach chairs already on beach. So if you have more than 2 people in your 3 bed condo would have been nice to have more provided. Will have to buy yourself. Plus no instruction of how to reserve your chairs. Would have been nice to know. So many codes to get in everywhere! To get in pool, go to beach, get in lobby…. I guess good for security but pain when hands are full.

Condo unit was clean, comfortable and plenty of space. Fantastic view of the ocean. Too many HOA rules and regulations for the property parking area. Was constantly being "policed" by the agent on duty for any violations. Did not give us time to carry all luggage and belongings up to our unit before she came to the door to tell us the second vehicle had to be moved across the street. We always rent a slingshot when we go on vacation to ride down the coast. When we returned to the property we noticed a sign at the entrance to the parking area saying "No golfcarts or slingshots allowed on the property. Nothing had been included in the information that I had been given about the property when I rented the unit to let us know these type vehicles were banned from the parking area. Very stressful night trying to decide what to do with the slingshot that we had rented, we had it till the next morning at 10AM. After we rode up and down the street till 11PM we finally just returned it to the place we had rented it from even though it was closed and parked it. Took the key and went back up the next morning when they opened. The attendant on duty said that there were a few of the properties in the area that didn't allow those to be parked on their property but it was very few. It was ok that we left the slingshot on the lot like we did but it would have been nice if we had known this the night before we rode around for two hours not knowing what to do. Last time to visit.
