This condo is limited to 2 parking permits. Extra vehicles can park at the near by public beach pay by day parking. Motorcycle parking restricted to the Green parking lot. Slingshots and golf carts are not allowed on the property.

Our home has 5 bedrooms with 2 master suits total of 3 king beds 1full and1 single bed and 4 bunk beds for the kids.
The master suite is just spectacular. The sitting room over looks the Gulf of Mexico this area turns into one of the more popular gathering places for a relaxing adult getaway. The bedroom itself boast a very comfortable King bed a large walk-in closet.

The master bathroom is huge It has a his and hers vanity with plenty of counter space and drawers. The large bath tub for you to relax in and unwind from all of the shopping and great restaurants you visited that day. We also have a walk in shower and the lavatory also has a bidet. Of f the master bath we have a large walk-in closet with storage for beach supplies and a separate work desk and chair.

The second master suite also has a large walk-in closet, large tub, King size bed and a fantastic Gulf view. There is also a very comfortable over stuffed chair to relax in along with a work desk and chair for those who can't relax and want a quiet place to work. Our bathroom also has a large garden tub and separate shower

Our 3rd bedroom also has a full bed and a single bed with private entrance to the 3rd bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom number 4 has a king bed large closet and an extra chair. Bedroom 5 has 4 built in bunk beds with built in shelves to store the kids clothes.

The whole place was so bad with black mold they had to move us out immediately, call restoration company in and we had to find our own place to stay. Middle of bike week. Took them 36 hours to even come and look at after 1st complaint

Amazing Family Vacation

Marisol Penthouse was huge and spacious with the best deck on the beach! It was clean, comfortable and welcoming! A wonderful place for our multi generational family along with my power wheelchair user husband! We all felt like we were at the top of the world! You will not be disappointed !

Nice location and nice penthouse

Beach front good location Property was huge 5bedrooms, and clean One thing, it should be included 2sets of beach chairs and umbrellas but when I go to beach 2nd day they said all of them booked I see lots of them was empty…..

Great place to stay

Highly recommend. It was very clean and well decorated. We loved it because it was a smaller high rise. The only thing we didn’t like was the parking. Parking very tight and only one space at building. We had to park second car across street and third car down the street at public parking. But we would not let that discourage us from staying here again. We will be back. Great family vacation

Great Location, spacious accommodations

We really enjoyed our family vacation in Panama City Beach! Appreciated the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. Condo location was great—amazing view from the balcony and layout of the condo was spacious for our family of 7 adults and 3 kids, ages 5,6 and 7. The kids loved the bunk room! Big disappointment was uncomfortable pillows in all bedrooms and dirty rug in living room. We did have some parking issues, someone parking in our assigned space and would have appreciated knowing that the Marisol lot across the street was first come first serve and not guaranteed.

The sliding doors in master bedroom/siting room and 2nd master really don't slide - there were some other things that could use attention - nothing that ruins the trip though - depends on how picky you want to be.

Well appointed rental with spectacular beach views.

Our family holiday gathering, was lots of fun staying in this spacious condo with beautiful beach front views. Unfortunately, some basic kitchen supplies could have improved the experience; like a complete set of silverware, a nonstick pan, and the refrigerator was set so cold that our salad dressing, milk and cucumbers were frozen. Also, the window in third king room was leaking so it was noisy and cold. Parking was insufficient as well because the handicapped space 'required' the red tag and the pay lot required the green tag, the second free space was not legal to park in w/o a tag so yet another couple had to pay $12/day to park despite hardly, anyone in the entire building. Otherwise, it was wonderful and we would certainly recommend this lovely condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was a great space for our large family to stay. The TVs in the front two rooms did not work, however, and there were only 2 light bulbs working in the shared bathroom. The masters are great spaces. We had a lot of issues with FourStar condo services. I had paid the $100 early check in fee, but we were going to be arriving by 10, so I called the condo service, she spoke with the owner, and it was agreed that I could pay another $100 to check in by 10. When we arrived, there were no parking vouchers and there was refurbishing happening one the beach. The beach was roped offand there was construction equipment and construction noise. We could hear it thru the shut doors. When I called to ask about the parking vouchers, I asked why no one told me the beach was closed. We got a beachfront condo for a reason and we couldn’t enjoy it, let alone hear it. The person I spoke with was very rude and stated he didn’t know how we got such an early check in, that shouldn’t have happened, and then proceeded to tell me the beach was not closed. I asked to receive a call back from the manager who wasn’t there that day. We waited over an hour on parking vouchers, no one ever called . So my husband called back and asked to speak to the manager and he was put thru. After a lengthy conversation on why we should receive a discount on a beachfront property when the beach is not accessible, he stated he would discuss it with the owner and call us back. We received a call back within the hour stating they had the person who dropped off the vouchers look at the beach and take pictures, and he agreed that it was closed and to give us a 25% discount on the condo per day the beach was closed. We never received the paperwork for this. They reopened the beach 2 days later and we called to notify them and tell them we had not received paperwork yet for the discount. They then sent us en email offering us a $100 discount on our next stay. We don’t recomm

The management company was always available if we needed anything (which we didn’t). Our rental became unavailable the day before our arrival (for unknown reasons) so we were moved to another unit in the building next door. I was skeptical, but the accommodations were amazing! I think the layout was identical to our original rental and we LOVED the decor and accommodations. Beautiful view.
