Wonderful Spacious Family Home in Constantine Bay Situated on Road to Beach
Treless is a well-furnished and impressive family home which sleeps 8 and is ideally located for a holiday in Constantine Bay. It is light and spacious, and benefits include underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, a very comfortable living space and energy provided by renewable sources.
It has a huge, open plan sitting room / dining room leads through to a large and extremely well-equipped kitchen. There are 4 good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each with a shower with two having a bath. Porch and large boot room with drying towel rails.
The property stands in the middle of a very large enclosed garden, with terraces to the front and rear enabling guests to enjoy the sunshine throughout the day. There is ample parking space, and a large lawn to the rear – ideal for children and dogs
Whether it is golfing at Trevose, the wonderful coastal walks, or a traditional family beach holiday, Treless is perfectly placed for them all in both summer and winter, with an end of day drink either on the terrace or inside looking out towards the sea. Constantine Bay offers something for everyone, and it is no surprise that families return year after year and generation after generation.

As a family we love the outdoors and have spent all our time either in the sea surfing, walking our dogs along the beautiful coastal paths or playing golf.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
For the past 20 odd years we have spent every school holiday at Treless. The large garden gave the children space to kick a football, bicycle or just play outside in the open air. As Treless is so close to Constantine Bay we spent most of the summer months on the beach swimming or surfing. Treless is situated on the road to the beach so once at the house we never got in a car - everything we needed is within walking distance. The very well stocked Constantine Bay Stores is only a 2 min walk away.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Large open plan sitting/dining area ideal for families. 3 large bathrooms and one with a huge walk in shower perfect for washing down small sandy children. The terrace in the front of the house gets the afternoon sun whilst the terrace at the back is best for breakfast in the sun. We have recently installed an air source heat pump which provides underfloor heating to the ground floor - all windows are double glazed so that the house is extremely warm in the winter months.
