Filoxenia Villas are two luxurious and modern villas overlooking Gennadi beach.
These two newly built four bedroom Villas, with private pools are located in a unique location just between Gennadi and Lahania, 50m from the beach and can accommodate up to 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms, of which all have unique sea view balconies and 2 bathrooms. The large open plan living space is beautifully finished, with a unique sense of harmony through its colors, decoration & style, along with flat screen & Satellite TV. All areas are fully air-conditioned for the warmer days of Greek summer time!

Each villa is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden, perfect for relaxing, BBQ or family games, while the roof terrace offers stunning views of Gennadi Beach and both are fully equipped to enjoy each moment during your stay.

Unglaublich schön

Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen in einem klasse eingerichteten und gepflegtem Haus die Ausstattung der Küche der Bäder und der Schlafzimmer waren perfekt und der Pool ließ keine Wünsche offen Von der Dachterrasse gab es oben drauf noch den super Blick über das Meer ca. 100 m zu Fuß und wir waren am Strand (und eigentlich immer allein) Toller Tip von Andreas (Hausbesitzer) die Mojito-Bar ca. 1,5 Km vom Haus weg welche man am Strand oder auf der Strasse erreicht Wir hatten ein wunderschönes verlängertes Wochenende Danke nochmal an Olga und Andreas wir werden euch auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Het is een perfecte villa met werkelijk alles erop en er aan, een fantastische eigenaar, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ligt niet direct in de drukke vakantie locatie maar alles is goed bereikbaar. Hou je van rust , privacy en luxe dan is dit een prima villa.

Stay at Floxenia Villas with friends

We stayed at Filoxenia Villas in late September as a group of 8 friends. The villa was lovely, modern and clean. One of the nicest we have stayed in. Andreas met us on arrival with a welcome drink and to show us around - he couldn't do enough for us throughout our stay. The pool is very large and there are 6 sunbeams - as there was 8 of us Andreas kindly borrowed 2 from the couple staying in the villa next door (which him and Olga also own). The villa is a fair way from the supermarket and the local town - this suited our group well as we were focused on enjoying each others company. Having a car is advised although we didn't have a car and used local taxis to get around. Andreas gave us a list of local places to eat and the food was delicious - one evening the restaurant owner gave us a lift back to save us booking a taxi! Overall, we had an amazing trip and highly recommend.

Simply Stunning

We have holidayed in many villas, and this one is one of the best by far. From the lovely genuine warm welcome we received when we arrived this whole experience was a delight. The villa is in a lovely quiet part of Rhodes, but with plenty of delicious restaurants within a 5 minute drive. A stunning view over the sea from the two front bedrooms is a great start to any day. Every room is beautifully presented, and everything you could possibly need for your stay is here already (toiletries, pool towels, hair dryers, etc..). The gardens are lovely, and the pool large and clean (even if it does take your breath away when you first get in..!). You get a constant breeze here, sometimes very windy, but that is nice that it takes the edge of the summer heat. We rarely holiday in the same place more than once, but all in our family said they would love to return to Rhodes and this villa. A car is essential, but it means you can explore easily what this wonderful island has to offer. Thank you so much Olga and Andreas for your warm welcome, great recommendations, and for sharing your wonderful villa with us.

Lovely, clean modern property

Beautiful villa which has been well fitted out. A generous welcome basket as well as toiletries and other sundries. A car is essential and the access to local beach has been fenced off hence only four stars. Would still highly recommend.

Great place to relax!

Modern, spacious, well-maintained and clean house, garden and pool. The owners are great hosts and provided us with detailed information about the house and the area. We would recommend the house to all our friends. A car is mandatory to reach supermarkets, restaurants and other beaches. Thank you, Olga and Andreas, for your hospitality and all the goodies during our stay.

Super holiday!

We are family with 2 young children and had the pleasure to stay at Alex vila. The owners Olga and Andreas were fantastic and very friendly. They really gave us a super experience. The villa is brand new and everything is very luxurous. The pool and garden are exactly what we like. We felt like king of the world staying here. Olga and Andreas, thank you so much and hope to see you again!

The villas are perfectly located next to the village of Gennadi where you can find anything you might need: super market, pharmacy, bakery and of course great Greek souvlaki!
