Villa Imerti es una villa de dos pisos a 100 metros de la playa con una gran vista del infinito azul del mar Egeo. Ubicado en la playa de Kiotari, a 14 minutos de la famosa Lindos y a 10 minutos de Pefkos. Kiotari es una hermosa opción para unas vacaciones tranquilas y relajantes. Puede liberar su mente y su cuerpo y disfrutar de las profundas aguas cristalinas y del sol. Para disfrutar mejor de la fascinante naturaleza de la costa griega, le proporcionamos sus seis hamacas privadas y dos grandes sombrillas permanentes junto al mar. Si desea comenzar su día yendo a correr, Kiotari es un lugar ideal para eso, debido a su poco tráfico en la carretera de la playa. Además, el equipo de pesca (4 cañas gratis) está disponible para tomar su propia cena y cocinarla en la barbacoa de equipo completo con vista al mar. Top class villa

This is a great villa where the owners have thought about everything you might need for an amazing relaxing stay! They clearly care about their guests having the perfect holiday, and it shows with all the thoughtful little touches throughout the property. The personal welcome at check-in with a meal from a local restaurant delivered, a fridge full of local produce all made for an amazing start to my holiday. I enjoyed lazy days at the nearby beach, in the heated pool and jacuzzi - the outdoor bbq and fully equipped kitchen made it easy to make some lovely meals too. Highly recommended if you want a home away from home in the sun!

Beautiful view over the beach from the main bedroom. Lovely, clean and homely. Taxi drivers not too keen unless you are booking your airport transfers. So they didn't want to assist us in getting to local villages.We got the bus to Lindos; absolutely beautiful. Got a taxi back- should cost 1520. We were charged 40 by a very grumpy driver!So the regular bus services were preferred.

Peaceful location with all you want and generous hosts

The property is in a very peaceful location - the beach is deserted, with sunbeds & shades, water lovely & warm even in late October. The villa is exactly as advertised, the pool is bigger than it seems in the photos, the hot tub is wonderful - so relaxing in the cooler evenings. The balconies have excellent views of the sea/mountains. The villa has all you could want, plus lots more. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped, everything is as advertised and works, and the hosts made us most welcome with a hot meal delivered the first evening and a fully stocked fridge & mini bars! The teens also had many hours of fun with the full size table tennis table. We have very special memories, thank you.

Obwohl wir unseren Gastgeber nicht getroffen haben, war er über WhatsApp immer erreichbar und hat innerhalb von Minuten geantwortet. Die Villa ist in die Jahre gekommen, es sieht nicht mehr alles so aus wie auf den Fotos, aber es ist alles da und es funktioniert alles, vor allem die E-Bikes sind - obwohl alt und z.T. ein wenig rostig - ein absolutes Highlight, wir haben einige Fahrradtouren gemacht, wirklich klasse. Der Blick aufs Meer ist morgens ein Erlebnis, wir haben zwei Sonnenaufgänge erlebt, wunderschön. Der zu Fuß erreichbare Hausstrand hat keinen Sand sondern Kies, aber es gibt sechs Liegen, die nur dem Haus zugehörig sind, und zwei feste Stroh-Sonnenschirme. Die Waschmaschine funktionierte tadellos, der Geschirrspüler nicht so sehr (wird jetzt wohl aber ausgetauscht), insgesamt hat Lefteris sich um alles gekümmert, was wir anzumerken hatten und war - obwohl nur digital - immer für uns da. Der voll gefüllte Kühlschrank inkl. Wein und Bier und Unmengen an Brot und Obst beim Ankommen ist hier schon mehrfach erwähnt und habe ich noch nie in anderen Ferienwohnungen erlebt. Mein einziger Kiritikpunkt, der nichts mit dem Gastgeber zu tun hat und sich deshalb nicht in den Sternen widerspiegelt, ist die Straße - sehr viele der in Griechenland anscheinend üblichen Betonleichen bzw. Bauruinen und auch reichlich Müll. Die unmittelbare Umgebung der Villa bzw. Doppelhaushälfte ist nicht schön, ich brauchte in paar Tage, um mich daran zu gewöhnen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Villa in Top-Lage

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Villa Imerti verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gepflegt und bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind erfahren, die Ausstattung ist durchdacht: gut eingerichtete Küche, bequeme Betten, viel Stauraum und eine effektive Klimaanlage. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden – sogar Grundnahrungsmittel wie Nudeln, Öl oder Salz.Ein Highlight war der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse – anfangs unterschätzt, abends aber perfekt zur Entspannung unter dem Sternenhimmel. Der Pool ist ein gekühlter, gut integrierter Aufstellpool – funktional top, optisch schön, aber eben kein fest installierter Pool. Für uns kein Problem.Die Lage ist super: Das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Tavernen sind etwa 1 km entfernt und mit den bereitgestellten E-Bikes leicht zu erreichen. Die Villa liegt trotz Meernähe ruhig.Positiv hervorzuheben sind die sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Kommunikation war jederzeit einfach und herzlich. Zur Begrüßung gab es Essen vom Nachbarrestaurant und die Kühlschränke (in jedem Zimmer einer!) waren mit Getränken, Snacks und Lebensmitteln gut gefüllt – ein toller Start in den Urlaub.Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Etwas mehr Begrünung auf der Terrasse würde den Außenbereich noch angenehmer machen.Fazit: Hochwertige Unterkunft in ruhiger, strandnaher Lage mit top Ausstattung und tollen Gastgebern. Klare Empfehlung.

Small Paradise 🙃

Wir haben in der Villa Imerti eine wundervolle Urlaubs-Woche verbracht. Wir wurden herzlich und überaus großzügig empfangen. Rundum versorgt für einen perfekten Start in den Urlaub. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Liebevolle Einrichtung! Der Blick auf das Meer und die Pferdekoppel ist einfach traumhaft. Ruhige Lage. Mit den Fahrrädern kommt man gut nach Kiotari oder Gennadi. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😀🏊‍♂️🌼🚲🌞

Wir sind von dem Haus und Gastfreundlichkeit sehr zufrieden! Alles im Haus vorhanden. 6x Fahrräder dabei, Tischtennis haben die Kindee genossen, die Eltern den Whirlpool.

Perfect escape

We were looking for a place to escape but with access to nice bars and restaurants and Villa Imerti was perfect. Our welcome from Lefteris was so lovely and he showed us around and left us some gorgeous dinner. Our flight was delayed and it was very late but Lefteris was very welcoming and friendly. The villa was spotlessly clean and really comfortable. As the other reviews suggest, we were blown away by the lovely food left in the fridge and cupboards. It really was so nice not to have to think about shopping. We ate out most evenings and found we didn’t need to visit a supermarket at all. The views out to sea were just stunning and we really enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the bedroom balcony each day. We loved the hot tub for extending the coolish spring evenings and the pool was used to cool off in the afternoons. The real perfection for us was the private sun beds on the beach. We lazed away most days down there where we were often the only ones there! We did however give paddle boarding a go at the nearby water sports facility - harder than it looks! The location was perfect. We had total privacy but the electric bikes meant with little effort we were at beachside bars and restaurants very quickly. These were very quiet as it was early in the season but still really lovely. Overall we would highly recommend this lovely villa and we intend to return as it’s perfect for a little oasis of peace with good tavernas and beautiful Greek food and wine. Thank you to Maria and Lefteris for being such lovely hosts.

Gastfreundschaft einfach zum geniessen

Die Vermieter haben uns am ersten Abend mit einem griechischen Nachtessen überrascht. Auch der Kühlschrank war gut mit allerlei Köstlichem, von Butter und Milch über Käse bis Wein, gefüllt. In den Schlafzimmern hatte es zudem noch gefüllte Kühlschränke mit Snacks und Getränken. So etwas haben wir im positiven Sinne wirklich noch nie erlebt. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es hatte alles was wir brauchten. Der Strand mit den zwei privaten Sonnenschirmen und den dazugehörigen Liegen ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Einfach grossartig, wir können dieses Villa nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmals an Maria und Lefteris.

Great Place for a Vaccation!!

We had an amazing time at Villa Imerti. The place is awesome and has everything you need to relax. The owner are extremly friendly and you can contact them for all quetions and needs. The stocked fridge and welcome Dinner was a great bonus. We will come again!

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Objekt ist perfekt ausgestattet und liegt super geschickt sehr Nahe am Strand (5min zu Fuß) mit privaten Liegen und Sonnenschirmen und auch für Ausglüge super geschickt, da sehr zentral der Insel! Haus ist super schön und sehr gut ausgestattet (Fahrräder, Tischtennis, Handtücher, Küchengeräte, Küchenequipment, etc.), Pool und Whirlpool sind einfach genial! Empfang mit vollem Kühlschrank, hat uns fast eine Woche gereicht und etwas warmes zum Essen sind einfach ein genialer Service!! Immer wieder gerne und wir können es nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!

Best hospitality ever

My wife and family have stayed at many VRBO homes but we have never had such warm hospitality. We were welcomed with enough food to last a few days including greek salad, souvlaki, water, fresh food and reiki. The house was clean and he aircon worked very well. The view on the back porch was fantastic and we ate aur meals together. It was super restful and we had a great time. Highly recommended Adam

Traumurlaub in der Villa imerti

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa imerti. Angefangen mit einer sehr herzlichen Begrüßung und einem warmen Abendessen fehlte es uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts an nichts. Der Kühlschrank war prall gefüllt mit allen erdenklichen Leckereien, so dass wir gar nicht mehr einkaufen mussten und rundum versorgt waren. Maria and lefteris standen uns jederzeit mit gutem Rat zur Seite was Ausflugstipps und restaurant angeht. In dem Haus fehlt nichts, und besonders mit Kindern ist es perfekt. Die Nähe zum Strand haben wir sehr genossen. Empfehlenswert!!!

Amazing hospitality!

Maria and Lefteris are amazing. Right from booking the property the level of service has been impeccable. From queries about car hire to eating out suggestions along with advice regarding the best beaches, nothing was too much to ask. Just like the other reviewers we were blown away with the amount of food and drink which was provided for free. We were even given a hearty meal on the first evening. Thank you both for being so attentive.

We had a great time! We’re a party of 3 adults and 3 kids and it was spacious and comfortable. Swimming pool was perfect, we played table tennis and used the jacuzzi in the evenings. Food provided by the owners was fantastic!! We loved the beach - crystal clear water and no people around. Owners were very helpful with any questions we had.

Fantastic villa with a wonderful (almost private) beach 2 min walk away

My husband and I stayed at Villa Imerti for a fortnight at the start of October. This was without a doubt the cleanest and most comfortable of all the villas we’ve stayed in over the years. Everything that you could possibly need is provided, including a kitchen stocked full of fruit, vegetables, fridge items, pantry items, confectionery, bread and an assortment of drinks (including a couple of small bottles of the local ‘suma’). We literally didn’t need to shop for a week! Our hosts were delightful to deal with and prior to our holiday even offered to help us with booking a car rental (which is a must if you want to fully explore the island). They also sent us information on local restaurants and places to visit. They met us on arrival at the villa, warmly welcomed us, showed us around the villa and then left us to tuck into the delicious traditional Greek meal they had provided. They also kept in touch during our holiday, informing us about local events and money saving activities, without being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend this villa. Thank you so much Maria & Lefteris, we had a wonderful holiday 😊

fabulous!

We were a family of 6, two adults, two adolescents and two children. We came by car, which is essential. Easy to find, and we were met by the owners late in the evening with prepared traditional greek food. They were exceptionally friendly, the house was in perfect order, with a well filled fridge. Everything was taken care of. The standard of the house and garden was very good, delicate pool, and in addition bicycles for free use. Very convenient! The nearest restaurants are a few (1-2) miles away, and to take the bike for dinner, or a trip to the supermarket or bakery in Gennadi is very easy and straightforward. The house is spacious, of a very good standard, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In addition two bed places in the living room (which we did not use). Cleaning 2-3 times a week, with new linens and towels, including beach towels. The kitchen is very well equipped, with everything you need, including washing machine (do not bring too much clothes!) The environments are calm and quiet, only a little bit of traffic, with your private beach just a few minutes away. There are private parasoles and sunbeds for the villa, and the beach itself is very calm and quiet. Pebbels, not sand. Besides, the hosts are very friendly and forthcoming. We arrived Rhodos very early in the morning (04.30), and they arranged a hotel room for us in Rhodos city, to relax and some breakfast, until the house was ready for us. Free of charge. That level of service is extraordinary! In total, this has been a wonderful holiday, the house and hosts were perfect, and we would very much like to come back. This resort can safely be recommended.

Amazing Villa Amazing Holidays

Wonderful villa with quick access to sea. In the hole beach we were alone under our two umbrellas with our personal sun beds. The beach is phenomenal, crystal clear waters and hot pebbles act as a natural hot stone therapy for the body. We spent many days relaxing in the beach. Sometimes walking down (2 mins) or taking one of the bikes. We use the bikes to visit the restaurants near the villa and Light House (for drinks). Our lovely hosts Lefteris and Maria were exceptional - super friendly, kind-hearted and extremely helpful. Villa Imerti the pool and the local area were truly amazing. I would highly recommend and I will be booking another stay for next summer.

Fantastic welcome to a superb villa in a beautiful part of Rhodes

We are a family of four (with 2 kids aged 10 and 12). The villa is beautifully presented - 3 double bedrooms each with balcony access. A large sitting room with Netflix and Playstation for the kids and a really good sized kitchen diner. Outside, the pool is perfect for cooling down and there is a large covered outside bbq and dining area. A quiet beach is just 2 minutes walk away. We used the four bikes to cycle along the coast some evenings to visit local tavernas. What really made this lovely place truly special was the thoughtful touches and attention to detail. When we arrived after a fairly long day of travelling, Lefteris the owner welcomed us with a hot meal of traditional Greek food. The kitchen fridge and cupboards were full of essentials, local delicacies, treats, beer and wine (not to mention small bottles of the local firewater). The bedrooms each had a fridge stocked with water, fizzy drinks and chocolate. We couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome or more pleasant stay.

AMAZING!

We have just returned from 5 days at Villa Imerti. We had read all the complimentary reviews about the villa and also about Maria and Leftaris, but these did not prepare us for just how fantastic they were. The villa is lovely. The pool at the front of the house is a fabulous bonus, but the star of the show is the beautiful beach which is 1 minute from the house. Villa Imerti has it's own umbrella and sunbeds on the beach - we went there every day and there were never more than 6 people in total on the whole beach. It was paradise. The villa itself is spotlessly clean, with many lovely homely touches. There is nothing Maria and Lefteris haven't thought of. Everything you could possibly need is provided - and I really mean EVERYTHING! On arrival the kitchen was absolutely overflowing with fantastic local produce and drinks - so much so that we didn't have to shop for the whole trip! It was incredible! The view from the main bedroom is stunning and all the bedrooms have lovely balconies. We cycled everywhere on the bikes provided by the villa, aside from one evening when we went to Lindos. To be honest, we were planning to go to Lindos most nights, but in the end we didn't feel the need as we had everything on our doorstep. This is a truly lovely villa and the hosts are the best we have ever encountered. Thank you Maria and Leftaris for making our stay so memorable. We will be back!!!

Besser geht es nicht

Bereits von der Intenetpräsentation waren wir begeistert, aber dann vor Ort waren wir hin und weg, so schön war es. Wir wurden vom Eigentümer Lefteris herzlichst begrüßt und er nahm sich Zeit uns das gesamte Haus zu zeigen und zu erklären. Das Highlight war dann eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit vollem Kühlschrank, Obst, Wurst Käse und Gemüse, Bier und Wein und auch noch ausreichend Vorrat an Nudeln Reis etc. Das Haus war penibelst sauber und jeden dritten Tag kam die Putzperle, putzte das Haus von oben bis unten , wechselte die Wäsche und die Handtücher. Für Fragen war Lefteris jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn die nächste Ortschaft nicht weit ist, so empfehlen wir die Anmietung eines Mietwagens. Nach 2 Wochen fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause und die Abreise fiel uns sehr schwer. Wir werden versuchen nächstes Jahr wieder in die Villa Imerti zu fahren.

Home from home

We arrived in the early hours of the morning to be greeted by Maria and Lefteris. The photographs of the villa do not do it justice. It is beautiful, exceptionally clean and has many homely touches. But what was amazing was the hospitality and the thoughtfulness of Maria and Lefteris. They had bought hot food for us and the villa was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The next morning they arrived with fresh bread and pastries. They gave recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Nothing was too much trouble. I have never experienced such kind, considerate and helpful hosts before.

VILLA Imerti

We were met by Almeti and Maria very helpful and polite, they gave us details of the area info on the local restaurants and Taverns. the villa was immaculate clean and spacious, the barbecue area was great for easy outdoor cooking . Local supermarkets and butchers 5 minutes away by car. The beach was fantastic just for relaxing very peacefull, A

Villa Immerti, Kiotari Rhodes - Recommendation

I am really happy to write this review of our lovely Villa Imerti in Rhodes. Our hosts Maria and Lefteris met us at the airport late at night. We were surrounded by a crush of people when we saw two smiling faces waiting for us. From that moment on we were just overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness with which they looked after us. The Villa was lovely, pristine and very prettily decorated. To our delight we found the fridge stocked with delicious local delicacies, fresh fruit and the dining table was covered in boxes of biscuits, local pastries/sweets and jars of homemade preserves. They had also been kind enough to arrange a free standing swimming pool, with toys for our 8yr old boy. This was our first trip to Rhodes and although we enjoyed visiting the towns, villages and beaches around the Island it was always lovely to return to the peace, quiet and comfort of our Villa Imerti. It was a beautiful peaceful location and the evenings spent on the pretty terrace were lovely. The local beach, just a few minutes walk away was deserted apart from our family and although like many beaches in Rhodes it was pebbley, the water was lovely and clear. The villa owners also had their own umbrella and 4 sunbeds secured on the local beach for our personal use. Within five minutes drive, (too hot to walk in 35degrees!) we found some lovely beach bars and restaurants, particularly Sposa Bar and Beach which was a great place to spend some time. Overall, Villa Immerti is a lovely, peaceful and extremely well presented holiday villa offering more in terms of comfort and amenities than you can wish for in a holiday home. We were left with an overwhelming first impression of how friendly and welcoming the local Rhodian folks are, none more so than our host and villa owners Maria and Lefteris who kept in touch with us during our stay offering us very useful advice on trips, restaurants and generally things to see and do. In short we cannot recommend this Holiday Home enough! Simply great !
