Chalet des Amis appt 2 - an apartment that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms

Chalet des Amis is a Chamonix chalet close to the town centre that consists of two apartments. Chalet des Amis appt 2 occupies the first floor and apartment 1 is on the ground floor. This first floor apartment has just been recently renovated with a traditional wood clad kitchen and warm colours. The high ceilings, exposed beams and unique mountain artwork make this apartment stand out and make it the perfect Chamonix holiday home for groups.

The well equipped kitchen contains a full sized oven, microwave and dishwasher, perfect for cooking up a storm. The open plan living/dining room has been well designed with a dining table seating 6 and a large L-shaped sofa big enough for everyone to relax on following a long day on the mountains. The living area has floor to ceiling windows which lead on to a large balcony that runs the length of the chalet so you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views on your Chamonix holiday.

This beautiful apartment hosts three spacious ensuite bedrooms, the master double bedroom has access onto the balcony and the other two bedrooms are twins making it ideal for a family of five or six looking for somewhere with a chalet feel, including hot tub and garden. All the bedrooms are ensuite, one bathroom has a bath and the other two have showers plus there is an additional toilet. This Chamonix apartment has a garden and a 8 seater hot tub. There is a communal ski and boot room which also has a washing machine and dryer, and in summer there is storage for bikes as well as parking outside the chalet.

Loved it

We loved our stay at this property! The location is quiet but easily accessed by the bus and train. We especially loved all the outdoor spaces which gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the view. The hot tub was a great bonus!

A fantastic luxury stay

There was absolutely nothing to fault the gorgeous chalet des amis.. warm and welcoming, easy access, easy parking, amazing hot tub.. luxury bed linen and bathrooms, comfortable beds and seating.. every little detail has been considered.. and excellent comprehensive efficient management. We didn't want to leave!!!

Perfect place to relax

Stylish, modern but also in a real Alpine setting is offered at Chalet des Amis. We enjoyed the tranquil setting, though the location can be reached by a short bus service or a 15 minutes stroll into Chamonix centre. Will come again.

Excellent, high quality home

High quality chalet, great value for money. We stayed there with four people, and it was very luxurious. High quality finish, good rooms. If you stay in the summer, their can be a lot of light in the rooms. I used a sleep mask personally. Quiet road, quiet placement. Hot tub is very nice and comfortable. Kitchen in great condition and well furnished. Overall, a fantastic place, and I would gladly stay there again.

Christmas 2021 at Chalet Des Amis 2

Our family of five absolutely loved our stay at Chalet Des Amis 2. The apartment is modern, wonderfully decorated, and fully furnished, you will want to stay home rather than ski on the slopes! We felt at home the minute we walked in. Because of the Omicron surge, we homecooked every single meal at the chalet and we never felt we lacked anything. The chalet is wonderfully located just outside the town center and within walking distance from probably the best bakery in town. We felt like we were in a chalet far from the burst of the tourists and, at the same time, close to everything. We are already planning to come back next year for our next Winter vacation! One last note on Chamonix All Year management: they have been wonderful in every interaction and we are looking forward to renting from them again!

A really nice stay

We really enjoyed the second floor apartment at Chalet Des Amis - the size was great, the kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub was wonderful, and we love that the boot room had a de-humidifier and other thoughtful touches. Overall, a great stay despite a strange year in a fairly empty Chamonix. But we made the best of it with 2 weeks of human powered skiing. Thanks for the great stay!
