Renovado 08 2014 - 50 m² bien equipadas apartamento. Nuevo mobiliario, electrodomésticos, todo! Situado a pocos pasos del centro de Chamonix, a menos de 5 minutos de la Aiguille du Midi y al cruzar la calle desde el transbordador. Cerca de todo lo que necesita y desea. Tiendas, restaurantes de la zona. Estacionamiento interior privado.

El apartamento cuenta con una plaza de aparcamiento dedicado en el garaje subterráneo y sin asignar, aparcamiento cerrado fuera. Hay 2 taquillas de esquí y un trastero en el sótano.

Nuestro 50 metros cuadrados de apartamentos tiene 2 balcones, ambos con impresionantes vistas a la montaña. El balcón de la sala de estar tiene unas vistas impresionantes del Mont Blanc.

El apartamento está totalmente amueblado y equipado con la parte superior de la línea de electrodomésticos, incluyendo la parte superior de inducción, horno de convección / microondas, una lavadora / secadora y lavavajillas. Tenemos Francés, Inglés y otros idiomas de televisión, así como wifi.

La sala de estar (salón) es amplia y cuenta con una mesa para 4 a 6 personas, una sala de estar con televisión y un sofá que se convierte en una cama muy cómoda de tamaño queen. ¿Quién quiere despertar con un dolor de espalda en un día de esquí o senderismo? Nos aseguramos de que este es un sofá de alta calidad y es muy cómoda, se despertará descansado y listo para conquistar las montañas. Hay un armario justo al lado del sofá, así que usted puede fácilmente guardar los edredones y gire a la cama en un sofá.

El dormitorio cuenta con una cama matrimonial (2 personas) y un montón de espacio para guardar su ropa. Colchón del lecho le dará descanso que bien merecido después de un día en las montañas.

El baño tiene un calentador de toallas, lavabo doble y ducha / bañera.

We had a wonderful time at Annette and Bjorn’s apartment! It was so clean, comfortable, and it’s location is very close to restaurants and stores. Annette sent an email to me when we arrived to make sure everything was fine and Victor who showed us how everything works in the apartment was so helpful and kind. Great place right in town!

Such a great place and so much better staying in an apt to go skiing! Perfect location and literally 7 min walk from the bus stop to ski! Great hosts and great place! Highly recommend!

Wonderful place with everything needed. Spacious and comfortable. Convenient to the tourist area but quiet and away from the crowds. Wonderful wraparound balcony with great view of Mont Blanc. We loved it. Great to have parking provided. We were able to use their surface lot, since the underground spot is tight for larger vehicles.
Not just a sliver of a view, but a wonderful vista.

Wonderful Winter Stay in Chamonix

We had a wonderful first stay in Chamonix. Property manager was very helpful at check-in. Location is perfect to downtown shops and restaurant as well as ski buses to the slopes. Our car remained parked for the entire stay! Bed was extremely comfortable. Would book here again!

Nice place right in town

We enjoyed our stay here in Chamonix. Very spacious and beautiful views of the mountains. Right in the city centre, so an easy walk to activities and restaurants. Would recommend.

Excellent spot for a short break - close to everything

We visited Chamonix in late Sept for a 5 day break. Communication with the owners was excellent with a swift response to our enquiry. The place was clean airy and very comfortable with secure parking and within a few minutes walk of the hustle of the town. We will definitely be back

Great place in a great location

The apartment was the ideal location for my partner and I. The location made the lifts very accessible for hiking/climbing. It was walking distance to everything we needed. We had a rental car and didn’t need to move it once during our 5 day stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. And amazing views on top of everything else. We would highly recommend this rental!

The condo was great. Very convenient to everything. Very quiet. Great view of Mont Blanc and Aguille du Midi from the balcony. Also only a couple minutes walk to a great bakery(le Fournil). Would definetly stay here again if back in Chamonix.

Host was responsive, but the 150 euros convenience fee for Vrbo was shocking. I didnt catch it on the website before booking, otherwise I would have had second thoughts. Apartment location was great, but extremely cold in living room. Space heater was inadequate for the cold weather, esp with the cold air passing thru poorly insulated window doors. Also, the replaced shower head did not fit into the shower holder, so I had to wash with one hand. Also, hot water would disappear, if too many people showered during the day. Kitchen had all the equipment. Kitchen sink tiny, so forget about washing any dishes. Owners just flip the unit for vacationers. Differed maintenance all over.

We are currently in Chamonix and spend a lot of time in the apartment throughout the year. We genuinely aim to maintain it to a high standard. VRBO fee: this fee is set by VRBO and includes the mandatory French local toursit tax, which VRBO remits to the town of Chamonix. Heating: Our apartment is normally warm and comfortable. As mentioned in our communications, our local property manager, Victor, is always available during a stay to quickly resolve any issues and ensure guests’ comfort. In this case, he could have helped identify the cause and restore warmth immediately. Hot water: The apartment is equipped with a new 150-liter boiler, set to a relatively high temperature. This provides ample hot water for showers, as it is mixed with majority room temperature water at the tap. Shower: We identified that the showerhead had been improperly installed and have since corrected this. Kitchen: The sink is compact to maximize counter space. To make stays more convenient, the kitchen includes a highly efficient dishwasher, so guests can spend less time on chores and more time enjoying Chamonix. We take guest comfort seriously and address any issues promptly so visitors can fully enjoy their stay. Our property manager Victor is very responsive and is dedicated to resolving unforseen issues as quickly as possible.

Great location and space

My wife & I stayed recently for 4 nights and loved the proximity out the door to the best trail runs Chamonix had to offer. Annette was very communicative throughout the process as was the property manager. It was very hot for 2 of our days and they were able to drop off an extra fan as the unit didn't have A/C which made it comfortable.

1st trip to France

Very nice. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The kitchen was smaller than what we are used to, but was still quite useful. My frame was a little too long for the couch, but we made it work. Overall a very pleasant place to stay. I even got a massage from the place downstairs!

everything we wanted

We have been to Chamonix before in the summer. This time was a winter getaway and this apartment was everything we wanted; comfortable bed, kitchen, nice washroom facilities, parking and location. I would recommend instructions in english for the W/D; other than that, we would stay here again and do really recommend to others looking for a self-catering and an affordably priced apartment.

Fantastic Apartment with wonderful views

The apartment was great, just around the corner from the L’Aiguille du Midi cable car and only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix. We had everything we needed in the apartment it was clean and tidy and very comfortable. The views from the living room and balcony of the glacier and Mont Blanc were truly spectacular especially in the evening light. Viktor the property manager was great, he met us on arrival and made sure we knew where everything was etc. We had a wonderful week hiking in Chamonix and the apartment was a very comfortable place to return to after a long day in the mountains.

Wonderful experience ... Location couldn’t be better. Apartment beautifully remodeled and well appointed. We had everything we needed. Alex was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive. The only issue we had was the address for the apartment on the VRBO/home away reservation confirmation did not match the actual address. Use the address from the instructions from Alex. Location so central car not necessary if you use free bus system to get to ski resorts.
