Excellent Ski-In / Ski Out at Copper

The house exceeded our expectations and was a great fit for three families with seven teenagers. Plenty of space for everyone and you can’t beat the location!. Book with confidence that you’ll love it!

Great stay...

Everything was as advertised and the owner was responsive, friendly and helpful. The cleaning crew was still there when we showed up an hour and a half after the listed check in time, but not a big deal. We loved the property and would stay again.

Amazing home!

Beautiful home that is perfect for multiple families. We had 3 families with 8 kids, and the house was perfect. Well appointed and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and sleep comfortably.

Sierra House is the best truly “ski in/ski out” large home in all of VRBO. The home was clean, comfortable, located on a green slope, and 100 yard walk from West Village. My kids, their spouses, and grand-kids, for a total of 16 were very comfortable in this home.The Host provide clear directions on how to use the upgraded home features as well providing videos to help. The Hosts were available to answer any questions during our stay.My family wants to return to Copper Mountain and this home.

Incredible ski in/ski out property

Our extended family rented this house for a holiday ski vacation. It is big, beautiful, and has everything you need for a vacation rental. Beds were comfortable, kitchen roomy and user friendly, game room perfect for the kids. And access to the slopes could not have been any easier. Owner was friendly and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend!!

Family Ski Trip

Had a wonderful time at the Sierra House! Plenty of room for our family of 12. Marilea was very quick to respond to all of our questions. Thanks Marilea for sharing your beautiful home! We always do ski in ski out and this was a great location for that.

Great ski in ski out

Wonderful stay. Owner is so nice and accommodating. Great communication. This house is full of entertainment. It had everything that our large group with younger kids needed and the slopes were right out the back door. We had a wonderful time. It has a hot tub, movie theater, pool table, video games, board games, and more. We played the whole time. So much fun! We hope to come back every year!

Great place to stay close in at Copper West Village

We have stayed in about 6 of the properties just adjacent to the kokomo lift in Lewis Ranch over the last 6 years. This was the best laid out home we have been in for our family of 15. Grandma and grandpa, 3 kids and spouses, and 7 grandkids. The owner was extremely helpful in helping us figure out about three minor things about the facilities that we could not figure out on our own. 30 feet out the back door and we were on the run to west village about two blocks downhill. Everything we could ask for.

yes, the house was nice, but we encountered issues. the hot water stopped working. I had to go through a process to reset the system, luckily I'm handy and got it reset. at a rental cost of 22K I was not happy. the host never acknowledged any apologies or any composition for my efforts. the host seemed to have way to many rules. we would have liked to use the fire pit, but that was off limits.We had trouble with the top racks in the dishwasher. After contacting the ouner she told me that her husband said they were fine. All I know is my son in law had to unload the top rack and fix the top rack from falling down many times during our visit. We were told if we used the gril we had to clean it. This seems like something that should have been included in our cleaning fee. We have stayed in many other houses in Lewis Ranch and have never had any problems. We needed a bigger house this year and had to switch.Over all we would not rent the house again or recommend it. we have rented a number of homes in Louis ranch.

I’m so sorry you feel this way. We take pride in the maintenance of our home but like any home things can happen beyond our control. Just like your own home things can happen that are unexpected. The depressurization has never happened in 13 years. We hired a plumber to come out the next day but we were able to guide you and troubleshoot it with you over the phone to get it fixed within the hour. We apologized over the phone and via text. The dishwasher top rack is designed to come out which is not the best design. We do provide 2 dishwashers and we are actually looking at replacing them this year. The fire pit is not covered under my short term rental license which I explained. I take following the rules seriously. As far as the grill is concerned I did not mean clean the entire grill I just meant clean up after yourselves. Our cleaners clean the home but do not have time to clean the grill thoroughly each time. We simply mean leave it as you found it. I will reword this for future renters. Many of the rules that are in place are due to experience as a renter and trying to avoid problems that could occur in order to keep the home in working order for the next guests. Again, sorry you felt this way we want everyone to have a great experience. We have numerous repeat guests and are grateful for their loyalty.

Exceptional Stay

Having a large family can have challenges when finding housing that fits comfortably. The house was immaculate and had an open layout with plenty of beds and entertaining space. It had everything you needed. The location was perfect. An open line of communication from the initial booking, all while staying in the property. We couldn't have been happier with our stay; this home will not disappoint. We will be re-booking.

Perfect!

I don't think we could have found a better place for our group. The house is amazing. It was great to have all the kids on one level. The kitchen is well-thought out and spectacular. They knew what they were doing when they installed two dishwashers. And a pantry that is its own room! We want to come again to ski, because it is truly a ski-in ski-out. We all loved this house and would definitely return.
