Villa Kallisti

Villa Kallisti is a charming and spacious property. It can accomodate up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms. Located outside of Spartochori, in a hill above port Spilia, five minutes away from the centre of the village.

Ground Floor
You are greeted in a splendidly large space as you enter the villa. The interior architecture has a traditional and modern touch that fits with the aesthetic of Spartochori. The living room and dining area opens onto the terrace of the pool. Furthermore, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen designed to make mealtimes a wonderful time. In addition, two bedrooms with twin beds are on the ground floor, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. Every bedroom has access to the pool area.
This floor has also a washing machine, a flat screen TV, a fireplace and a guest bathroom.

First Floor
Through the staircase, you reach the next floor.
There you will find a Queen-bed bedroom with en-suite bathroom as well as 2 balcony areas with a view that combines the green of Meganisi with the blue of the Ionian Sea. The small island that you will see between the blue of the sea and the mountains of Lefkada is the famous Scorpios Island that once belonged to Onassis, one of the richest people on earth.

Pool and Outdoor Area
The villa has its own private swimming pool (10m x 5m and depth 0.80m-1.50m) surrounded by a terrace equipped with sunbeds.
In the outside terrace you will find a BBQ facility, a parking area and in front of the pool there is a wooden table that is suitable for breakfast, lunch or enjoying a moonlit nightcap.
