Nuestra villa consta de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, una sala de estar con 2 sofás (tamaño: 0,80 * 1,80 m) donde también pueden dormir 2 personas, cocina totalmente equipada, piscina, tumbonas al aire libre.
Tienen una vista perfecta del mar. Diseñado para ser energéticamente eficiente y amigable con el medio ambiente, agrega una pequeña ayuda en la preservación de nuestro clima. En definitiva, nuestros huéspedes disfrutan de un servicio jónico muy exquisito y personalizado.

beautifull meganisi & helpfull owners

We stay from 18 July till 28 July on meganisi island, with 4 kids and 2 adult.. We had a really great vacation a wonderfull villa with a nice Pool, nearby sea, i wanna thank the owners.. and my greece friend and his wife for the helpfull stay.. It was a great vacation, a nice trip to come there with airplane car and boat. But we go back next summer meganisi a real paradise in europe.. Thanks! Family willemsen.

Wonderful villa…

Everything about this villa was perfect for my husband and I, we had the highest one in Nema 1 with fantastic views of the sea and mainland coast in the distance. A continuous stream of yachts and boats of all size and type past along the coast below us which kept us entertained! A car is definitely required as even the closest beach/bar is a hike in the heat. Vathy is lovely and quiet with nice restaurants to choose from and along the waters edge along the waters edge on the opposite side of most of the restaurants we found a lovely cafe for morning coffee and homemade cakes. Regarding the car make sure it is a small one as some of the roads in the villages are very tight!! We were in touch with Efi a lot leading up to the holiday who answered all our questions and met with Maria her mum at the start and end of our stay. Don’t think twice about contacting them they are very helpful even when we locked ourselves out on the first night!! Overall a great place to stay and we will definitely be returning.

Fabulous stay in Meganisi

We had a wonderful week in Meganisi. The villa was perfect for our family of 4 (kids aged 7&11). The property was immaculate, very clean, simple but everything worked well. The air conditioning was strong and very welcome in the August heat! The rooms were of a good size with a beautifully large terrace next to the pool. Just a couple of points…there weren’t many plug sockets in the kitchen so needed to do a bit juggling for appliances. The bathrooms were a little dark relying on an over mirror light - could maybe have done with a spotlight or two. The pool was clean but think the chlorine started turning our swimsuits a bit green (maybe a chlorine, suncream, sunlight combo?). The position of the villa was good & very peaceful and within easy reach (5-15 minutes) of most beaches, some beautiful coves both organised & more wild. All the food we found was good value and fresh. Easy access to small mini marts with friendly staff - especially in Katomeri. The roads are difficult and you need to take care driving, narrow roads, going through Katomeri was always a heart in mouth moment! The major plus factors to the villa was the warm welcome from Efi and her Mother! Communication beforehand was easy (we had a flight delay & needed to adjust our arrival time). Nothing was too much bother for them (they even delivered back my son’s sunglasses that he accidentally left at a restaurant one night! The lady that cleaned came by and washed our clothes magically returning very quickly!

Wir haben wunderschöne zwei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Es war alles, wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist einfach herrlich. Der Ausblick ist unübertroffen. Zwei schöne Strände sind in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dabei geht es über eine so gut wie nicht von Autos befahrene Straße und einen Fußweg. Einen sehr schönen Einstieg ins kristallklare Wasser gibt es direkt unterhalb des Hauses. Der Kontakt zu Efi und Maria war herzlich und super schnell. Es gab sogar alle drei Tage frische Wäsche und eine Hausreinigung, wovon wir vorher nichts wussten. Auch der Pool wurde alle drei Tage gereinigt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Klimaanlagen sind effektiv und leise. Wir haben alles gehabt, was wir brauchten. Das Essen in den Tavernen in der Umgebung ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Ich habe 15 Tage lang jeden Tag ein anderes Hauptgericht gegessen. Es ist dort so still, wie ich es noch nirgendwo erlebt habe. Es war die perfekte Erholung mit schönen Spaziergängen und Schwimmen im absolut klaren Wasser, in dem man selbst an tiefen Stellen bis auf den Grund schauen und Fische beobachten konnte. Ganz herzliche Dank an Efi und Maria und die tolle Reinigungskraft, von der ich leider den Namen nicht weiß. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Wonderful villa!

Our family had a wonderful 7 day stay. Immaculate villa with everything we needed, a fantastic pool and amazing views. Very quiet and relaxing. Communication with the villa owner was very easy, very prompt responses to all our questions and met us at the villa to show us around. Would fully recommend, thank you!

Beautiful villa in a stunning environment!

After a two days drive from Germany we finally arrived at Nemas Villas. We were given a very warm welcome, thus, we immediately felt very much at ease- a perfect start for one of our best holidays on that wonderful island. In the villa everything was very clean and modern. The pool and the view to the sea were amazing. Nearby there were the best beaches and some really good Tavernakis. We really enjoyed our days here and also for our two dogs it was perfect. Thank you very much and we will definitely come again! Christine and Mark

Idyllic Setting

Spent a fantastic 2 weeks at Nemas Villa. The villa was immaculately clean upon arrival and was kept that way by Maria and Rula during our stay. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. The owners popped in several times to check we were ok and if we needed anything. The location of the villa was fantastic giving incredible views of the numerous passing sailing boats and super yachts as well as the mountains from the mainland. If you are staying there in the height of summer then I would recommend a car as although the local beach and village are only a 20/25 minute walk the roads are quite hilly. Would definitely go there again. A great place to relax and enjoy the Greek lifestyle.

Perfect for small family & great location

A well organised, very comfortable and clean villa in a quiet location with great sea views. Close to the sea for early morning or any time of the day dips via the nearby footpath or spend the day relaxing by the pool. Walking distance or 2 minute drive to lovely organised beach, where Fanari Beach Bar, with blue sun beds, look after you with drinks & snacks. Just around the corner is Taverna Niagas at Atherinos which is great for lunch & to get out of the midday heat. In the village of Vathy are mini supermarkets, coffee shops & bars like BoomBoom and Tavernas Stavros or O Pasas for great food as well as the ferry to Nydri. Katomeri has a bakery with the best bread & croissants ever. They also have a shop in Vathy. Spillia and Spartachori are also easily accessible by car. We are a family of 4 with teenager and we spent a fabulous 2 weeks where our host, Efi, and her helpers Maria and Roula, looked after us very well and were on hand to sort out any problems or requests. We highly recommend Villa Nema.

Abgeschieden und idyllisch!

Sehr schönes modernes Häuschen mit toller Lage. Der Strand Richtung Norden ist traumhaft. Das Haus ist allerdings eher für vier Personen geeignet, mit einigen Abstrichen geht's auch zu fünft.

Praticamente tutto perfetto

Soggiornato dal 24 al 30 Giugno 2016. La villa è nuova e bellissima, ci siamo stati quattro e ci siamo trovati benissimo, sia come spazi che come dotazioni. Pulizie e cambio biancheria ogni 3 giorni. La location è favolosa, a due passi dal mare, non vi alcun elemento di disturbo nei dintorni, la piscina è bella e pulita. E' possibile raggiungere diverse spiagge a piedi, ed in macchina qualsiasi altra spiaggia dista al massimo 10 minuti. Il propetario è gentilissimo ed affidabilissimo. Ci torneremo Luca
