Set in 10 acres of private grounds with incredible views yet just 10 minutes from central Harrogate. The main house has 3 double bedrooms; one superking, one kingsize and one twin / superking option all with private en-suites. More than 6 guests? Include the Cow Shed to make it 5 bedrooms (10 guests).
There is a huge kitchen with island, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has the 'wow factor' with its 17 foot marble island and bespoke 12 seater dining table, Neff coffee machine and Mercury range cooker. There are two lounges, both complete with Stovax fires and leather sofas.

This high end property is full of original features, such as wooden beams and exposed stone, with a fully modern finish including underfloor heating and Sonos sound system.

Enjoy the breathtaking valley view from the bi-fold doors or the outside terrace.

Restoring the barn was a 5 year project, with every detail thought of and no expense spared. The exterior is stunning with honey-coloured Yorkshire stone and a modern glass conservatory. The interiors are an artful combination of oak, stone flooring and high end furnishings.
This is our main home and not available for regular rentals, just 4 weeks per year.
We have two 5* cottages onsite totalling the three properties set in secure private gated grounds of 10 acres. They all have separate entrances and private terraces; the lawns and fields are for everyone to share. For large groups, why not take all 3?

Harrogate is a beautiful up-market town full of shops, restaurants and art galleries. The location of The Yorkshire Barn is ideal being just 4 miles from the centre, yet surrounded by beautiful unspoilt countryside and breathtaking views.
