The swimming pool (9x4 meters, depth 1.50; available from 1st April to 20th October), duly furnished for the enjoyment of bathing and sunbathing, is located in a sunny position and enjoys a splendid view of the valley below and the hill on which the town of San Gimignano stands.The villa is part of a large farm producing oil and wine whose products can be purchased on site.

The interiors are furnished in a classic Tuscan style and equipped with all modern comforts.

Fico Nero is strategically situated for visiting the most renowned historical and art centres in Tuscany as well as many other smaller characteristic villages in the Chianti region and within easy reach of the Siena – Florence toll-free motorway (11 km).
Essential services (grocery shop, bars, restaurants, wineries, ATM bank, drugstore, etc.) are available in the nearby village of Ulignano (3 km).
