The "La Roseraie" vacation rental, with a floor area of 125 m2, is located on the gable end of the farmhouse. Facing southeast, you can fully enjoy your private garden, complete with a 7-person patio set, lounge chairs, and a private barbecue, all offering a breathtaking view of the 10,000 m² wooded park, its swimming pool, and playground.
The surrounding forest serves as a backdrop.
The cottage, featuring exposed ceiling beams, is harmoniously decorated in a country-chic style. The 25 m² kitchen is fully equipped. It adjoins the living room, which offers comfort and relaxation.
There are two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs, served by a bathroom with a toilet.
The third bedroom (30 m²) on the first floor also features a sitting area that opens onto the park. There are 7 sleeping spots, including 4 upstairs (1 double bed, 3 single beds, 1 of which is reserved for children up to 10 years old) and 2 on the first floor.
Also on the first floor are a bathroom and a separate toilet.
All baby gear is available free of charge upon request: crib, high chair, changing table, baby bathtub, booster seat, etc.
