This is why we offer a self check in rather than meet and greet for your flexibility, so that you can arrive and be straight in without having to organise a meet with us! We also make sure our guests are aware that if they need us at any point during their stay they can contact us and a member of our team will reply as soon as possible. We encourage regular communication with our guests to ensure all problems are eradicated quickly and to see if anything else is needed. For overseas guests, we can also arrange for all check in details to be sent early to fit around flights etc so they are received in time for the arrival day.
