The Space:

Nyumbani is a beautifully presented four-bedroom holiday home located in the charming seaside town of Saltburn-by-the-sea. This welcoming property comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, making it ideal for families or groups looking to relax and explore the stunning North Yorkshire coastline.



Step inside and enjoy a bright, spacious living area with chic decor, vibrant furnishings, and plenty of room to unwind. The bold mix of mustard and navy tones, plush seating, and feature wallpaper create a modern yet cosy space to relax after a day by the sea.



The property boasts a fully equipped kitchen, and a sociable dining space—perfect for shared meals and quality time together.



The four well-presented bedrooms are each designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, perfect for unwinding after a day at the coast. A second bedroom provides a comfortable double bed with stylish furnishings and plenty of natural light. For guests who prefer a slightly cosier option, there’s a charming small double room, ideal for solo travellers or couples. Finally, the fourth bedroom is a fun and practical bunk room, perfect for kids or friends sharing.



The first bathroom is located on the ground floor and features a shower, WC and basin. The family bathroom is located on the first floor and includes a bath with overhead shower, WC and basin.



As you step outside Nyumbani you'll find a large, enclosed garden ideal for alfresco dining, morning coffee, or letting the kids play freely. Private parking is available on a driveway to the front of the property.

The keys to Nyumbani are accessed via a key safe box. Further details will be provided prior to check-in.



Private on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles. Free on-street parking is also available in the local neighbourhood.



Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Nyumbani per reservation.
