The main feature is a stunning lounge/kitchen with a panoramic bay window enjoying views of the Cambrian Coastline.

The apartment is located right on the seafront - a stone’s throw from the beach, with easy access and off-road parking.

Family Shower room:
Off the hallway, there is a fully tiled shower room with WC and sink. The shower has a seat and handles attachments.

There is also free parking on the road and a pay-for public car park opposite (Free November to March). Tywyn’s sweeping sandy beach is directly opposite the property, with the road between.
The beach is dog-friendly to the right and left of the promenade.

Short breaks when available: Monday-Friday 4 nights and Friday-Monday 3 nights. There is a minimum charge of £399 for any stay.

The price of accommodation is for 6 guests, we can accommodate up to 8 with a supplement of £35 per additional guest.

Prices inclusive of energy, wifi, bedding and towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Cleaning fee of £49 applied to each booking.

If you'd like to bring your pet, we require details of their age and breed before accepting and there will be a £25 per dog supplement.

Changeover day is SATURDAY in the main season.

It is the guests’ responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.
