An adjacent dining area features a hardwood dining table with 8 modern chairs sits by a set of French doors which provide magnificent views of the sea and skyline off the coast. The kitchen features dark granite worktops and splash backs throughout. All modern conveniences are provided including a large fridge freezer, electric oven, hob and microwave and dishwasher.
The ground floor features a guest WC and the first of the 5 bedrooms, which offers twin bed (can become a double) and shuttered French doors providing direct access to the pool terrace and a spacious en-suite shower room.

The staircase extends further down to a lower ground floor level, which offers a fully equipped utility room with the washing machine, dryer, sink, plenty of units and a handy fridge. Within the lower level there is a 5th twin bedded bedroom for an extra guests, along with an extra en-suite WC / shower room.

Outside, the large terrace is perfectly positioned to make the most of the amazing, panoramic sea views. An portable barbeque is ideal for preparing al-fresco meals, which can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining area; a shaded spot furnished with a large pure wooden topped dining table and 6 chairs. Sunbeds are also spread throughout the terrace and poolside for more places to relax and take in the stunning views. The finishing touch to this luxurious property is a large 10m infinity swimming pool that can be heated at extra charge.

Pool heating is available all year round at an extra charge of 65 €/day and should be requested on booking.
