Esta villa de lujo de 4 camas con su propia piscina de desbordamiento tiene vistas al Mediterráneo desde la mayoría de los aspectos de la propiedad, así como una gran terraza privada alrededor de la piscina y jardines bien cuidados. Hay espacio para 3 autos a lo largo del camino privado. Las zonas de estar / comedor abiertas están muy bien equipadas. La sala de estar cuenta con elegantes muebles Med, un televisor de pantalla plana con programas del Reino Unido y DVD, mientras que el comedor tiene una mesa y sillas ideales para 8 personas. La cocina muy grande está totalmente equipada. La villa cuenta con acceso a internet wi-fi. Es adecuado para invitados a la boda como los lugares populares de St. George's Chapel se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche, y el pilar de San Pablo (Ayia Kyriaki) y el ayuntamiento de Paphos se encuentran a 15 minutos. La villa está cerca de un camino costero que va desde Paphos a Coral Bay, que es perfecto para caminatas al atardecer.

Great Villa. Clear instructions of how to find it and general information. Very quiet location but close enough to Paphos and Coral bay to visit. A few little issues during our stay which got dealt with very quickly with clear communication.

Lovely villa, great location

Lovely villa, great location for access to Paphos and airport. Not too many places in area for drinking and eating but Dimmas bar less than 10 minutes walk away and can access restaurant at local resorr within 10 minutes.

On arrival to the villa was very easy access. The Villa is lovely especially with being on 3 floors the basement bedroom was brilliant for my 2 teenager daughters. Very well equipped. Master bedroom bed is ver comfortable. Excellent Aircon. Amazing views very quiet, apart from the dog near by. Private with a lovely pool and outside area. About 15 minute walk to the main road for the local bus service. Excellent property owners with quick response.

We had an amazing time staying in the villa. It had everything we needed and more. Been going to Cyprus for 6 years now and stopped in different villas. This has to be our best and favourite villa. Definitely looking to book again.

Excellent property, everything you need, only down side is location from the harbour, but near enough to the local bus routes or the use of taxis if you don’t hire a car, The Villa was spotless, would definitely use the property again.

absolutely fab

Everything was fantastic - my mother is so hard to please, but not a single complaint for the duration of the stay! Plenty of space - one of the more specious villas in that part of town. We usually do not stay in the same place twice - but towards the end of our stay we were like 'we'd like to actually come back here again'. Absolutely loved it - thank you!

Great stay in Chlorakas

Great villa, with limited seaview only 5 minutes drive from Paphos. Perfect service from the host. Due to Covid-19 we had several questions. All questions was answered very supportive and quick. We will for sure come back to this villa.

Lovely stay in Sunny Paphos

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. The hosts are brilliant and quick to answer any questions. The Villa is clean and well maintained. The pool and outside area is great, the gate with lock on the veranda was a great safety feature if staying with children. The kitchen is well appointed and everything you need if you like the option to cook. The Villa is spacious and comfortable, linens and towels was plentiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, the area is quiet with a real sense of safety.

Family Holiday

It is very hard to see any issues with the Villa, it’s everything it says and the children loved the pool as did the adults. You do really need a car as the walk into Pathos is around an 1.5 hours, during our stay the coastal path was closed as it was being upgraded, but once finished it would be a great walk, for those who enjoy their walks.

Villa was very good. Everything was there, villa and bool were clean and comfortable. Also a local swimming option is available. (100m by walk) We visited different beaches nearby too and our favourite was sandy beach, small, hippie and with big waves. We listened to the owner's advice and Baracas Lounge was with good fiiling :) We enjoyed our trip very much.

Family two week stay

This villa was a fantastic find, the villa is very large, it is beautifully furnished with all the amenities a family could need. We were a family of 6 adults sharing the villa for the two week stay, the villa was exactly as it looked in the pictures only better, the pool was fantastic, and well maintained. Jonathan and Elizabeth’s communications were fantastic, with lots of information about the local area and amenities. Simon, Sue and Stacy from Cosy cove property management were always on hand even to just answer questions. Overall we had a fantastic experience and holiday in this amazing villa. We would highly recommended this property to anyone. Thank you Jonathan and Elizabeth for letting us stay in your out of the blue property. Mark and Louise Fletcher

Amazing couldnt of asked for anymore!!

Anyone wishing to visit paphos for a villa holiday this is the villa for youu, dont bother wasting youre time looking at anyother villas none will compare. The villa was spectacular, pictures on this website really donot do the place justice far more beautiful than picture's lead you to beleave. The villa was soo well equipt, everything we needed was there. The pool was amazing much bigger than i thought it was going to be. I really couldnt fault anything about this villa none of us wanted to leave at the end of our holiday and sure will be returning again. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend to friends or family and a big plus was the owners made the renting of the villa so easy and straight forward and was on hand with fast responses to any questions. Thank you so much for a lovely relaxing holiday in youre beautiful villa. Kind regards kevin

Highly Recommended

the house was absolutly perfect for us. Clean, very well equiped, perfect floor plan with three bedrooms on the first floor and one in the cellar. Enough bathrooms for all and a very good possibility to eat and relax on the terrasse and cook in the big kitchen. Also the pool area is absolutly wonderful. Very big pool to swim for everybody. All in all we loved to stayed in this house and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. For another stay in Cyprus, this will be definitly our first choice of house, because not only the house itself, also the location of the house is perfect. You need a car, but then everything (supermarkets, restaurants, etc.) are in very close distance. We will come back soon, if we will be welcome again as guests for sure. Thanks to Jonathan and Elizabeth to allow us to stay in their house. Many thanks. Was a real pleasure for us.

Fantastic family holiday

We stayed in August 2023… We found the villa very easily and we were reassured by the security gates leading up the area where the property was which are accessed by a telephone code. The set up of the villa is perfect in so far as it’s almost in sections. My nephew and his family (18m old daughter) took the lower section with its own bathroom and shower and my kids and I took the upper section. There was plenty of room for everyone to do whatever they needed to. The kitchen and dining area is well equipped and there’s a fantastic bbq which received a lot of use. There’s a beautiful veranda which is perfectly shaded by an impressive Bougainvillea. There’s also a very welcome breeze that helps to keep guests cool. A car is recommended although not essential. It was our first time back in Cyprus since 97. We will definitely be back and will use this villa again if it’s available.

Lovely Villa perfect for 8 people

We have just returned from a holiday in this villa. The property is clean and provides everything you would need. Lovely quiet area but probably would say car essential in the hottest times, August, as walk to the main road can be a little long in the heat and no shops in the immediate area, apart from a small hotel shop just 2 mins away. Once on main road excellent bus service 1.50 euro and this goes to the harbor and back to coral bay. Simon, who looks after the villa is very helpful and attended to all our requests. If I had to suggest anything a wardrobe in the basement bedroom would have been handy. If you like a backpackers type beach bar go to Vardis beach along the main road to Coral Bay and another great place for safe snorkling for kids is the beach at the base of St Georges Hotel. Also Marios golf is a great place for the family with a choice of crazy golf, football golf and pitch and put and just a relaxing drinking area. Very friendly man. Would recommend to a large family or two small families.

The villa is beautiful with a delightful pool area. Unfortunately the weather was dreadful with several storms but inside the villa is very comfortable so we relaxed and watched several films. There are lots of books and games so you will never be bored. The rooms all have air con and the most comfortable beds so sleep quality was great. The hosts were excellent to deal with and gave lots of advice re shops etc. We really would have loved another 2 weeks on top of the 2 we had. We'd happily return.
Beautiful area relax in.
Lovely to look out at in the evening while it was too cold or wet to sit outside.

We are a professional working couple located in Hong Kong where we have lived for many years: we visit Europe and Thailand on a regular basis. We purchased this Villa with a view to spending several months a year when we retire.

We love the island of Cyprus - its people, its food and its culture - and the luxurious Apollo Beach Villas development with its stunning Mediterranean views in an ideal location midway between the old town/harbour areas of Paphos and the best beach in this locality, Coral Bay. The more traditional design of the villa with its facilities for alfresco dining and the pool area in which we spend hours relaxing particularly attracted us.
We were very impressed by the friendliness and warmth of the local people and look forward to sampling traditional Cypriot food in some of the nearby restaurants.
We have found the location highly suitable for exploring the rest of the island and its natural and historical sites.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Views of the sea from the villa and ease of access to the many small beaches in the location. Private swimming pool and alfresco dining.
Both Coral Bay and Paphos are conveniently reached but the villa is situated in a peaceful location.
Many traditional local restaurants nearby as well as chic bars with stunning views of the sea. The sunset can be really appreciated from many locations at this end of the island.
Local villages, Arkamas peninsula, Aphrodites Rock, Polis, Latchi, archeological sites and many other locations can be explored.
