Este es un precioso, dos dormitorios, planta baja condominio ubicado en el muy deseado Madeira Beach Yacht Club. Está justo al otro lado de la carretera a la hermosa playa de arena blanca pulverulenta. Propiedad transferida recientemente, está renovada, redecorada y en agosto de 2017, cocina remodelada. Esta joya repetir la historia del inquilino es una fuerte indicación de atención al cliente.

El condominio con aire acondicionado está totalmente amueblado con una cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio principal. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. También encontrará el sofá como un sofá cama. Nuestro condominio totalmente equipado también tiene otra cama plegable convenientemente escondido en el armario masterbdrm. La ubicación perfecta de esta unidad es igualmente cerca de ambas piscinas y justo al otro lado de la carretera a Archibald Park Beach. Supermercado Winn Dixie, nueva droguería CVS, U. S. Oficina de correos, biblioteca y un montón de restaurantes están a poca distancia a pie. Directamente al otro lado de la calle, también tenemos increíbles New R. O.C. Parque de tenis, baloncesto, deportes y campo de eventos, y pasarelas pavimentadas que bordean Boca Ciega Bay. Perfecto para la madrugada y paseos por la noche y vistas de la puesta de sol.

El club cuenta con 2 piscinas climatizadas, gimnasio, y es una comunidad cerrada. Gran pesca de los 3 muelles. El condominio es planta baja con un patio de pantalla.

Ofrecemos llamadas gratuitas de Estados Unidos, Canadá y Puerto Rico, así como acceso gratuito a Internet de alta velocidad (Wi-Fi). Busch Gardens está a sólo 30 minutos y Disney 90 minutos. John's Pass está a 2 minutos por Gulf Blvd para maravillosos deportes acuáticos, pesca, un montón de tiendas, Bubba Gumps, pizza y restaurantes de mariscos. Todo lo que necesita para disfrutar de unas vacaciones relajantes en el sublime Golfo de México.

Another Wonderful Vacation

This was our 3rd time staying here. Its like a home away from home. Tina is always a wonderful host to work with. She made sure to keep in touch with us during Hurricane Idalia making sure we were safe. We will definitely be coming back again and again!

Great location

The condo is in a great location. They have all the necessities for the beach which was great. The only con was that the master Bed was uncomfortable and every time I moved it squeaked worried I would wake up my husband if I had to shift. Otherwise, was great.

Great Vacation Spot

We loved staying here and would definitely do it again! We thought the condo was great for our family and really appreciated all the extra stuff (sand toys, towels, beach caddy, cooler, etc). Having a kitchen and laundry made everything easy. The location was a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, store and more. The pool was very close as well as the park and courts across the street. Tina was responsive before and during our stay. We would recommend this condo!

Nice Condo Very Nice Property Manager

The property was older than I expected, but everything was neat clean, and in proper working order. It was nice to have a washer and Dryer in the unit. The pools and hot tub were close by. I enjoyed fishing from the on property fishing piers and it is only 0.4 mile walk to the beach. The property manager was very helpful and was very quick replying to my questions.

Pools were excellent and the property was very well maintained. The condo unit was dirty and dark. The beds were terrible and ugly. One of the poorest condos we have ever stayed in.

Reasonable and safe

The facility is a little dated but has the essentials. Actually a garbage can in every room and replacement of light bulbs would help. We had a wonderful time. The living room furniture is a little broken down and the master bed is too firm but the price was right. A short walk to the beach. Lovely area and low key in August. The larger pool was nice. Perfect for a family of 4.

Thanks so much for your review. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay & appreciate that you took the time to reflect on your trip. We're sorry you found the bed too firm. It has a gel/cooling mattress cover top on it to make it even more comfortable. If you ever stay with us again, please let us know if you need a bulb replacement. I keep extra batteries and bulbs stocked right in the unit for this purpose. I hope you enjoyed the table chairs as they are brand new. The LR furniture is as pictured and in great shape. I hope you had the chance to visit our gym as it also has brand new universal weight machine and cardio equipment.

The Madeira Beach Yacht Club is an excellent location. Easy walking distance to the beach, grocery store, bars, restaurants. The condo could be nicer with a bit of updating. Furniture is worn, feels like you're sitting on the floor. Dishwasher needs a cleaning, refrigerator has trouble closing. Appears that a thorough cleaning is warranted.

Beautiful Stay at Madeira

I rented here for the month of April and it was a terrific stay! It is in a great location! A very short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and the grocery store. A short drive to several nearby towns with lots of other dining, shopping and beach options. The property is located on the inter coastal with lovely views. The pool was a nice break from the beach. Lots of sidewalks within the property made navigation easy. It is security gated which gave a sense of safety. Condo was well stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, pots, pans and utensils making cooking at home easy. One downfall was not a great view from the lanai but a few steps out fixed that. I would definitely recommend this place for your next visit to Madeira beach!

Had everything we needed

Condo was as advertised. Well stocked. Beach was a bit further than I thought, but still ok. Pools were small but nice. Enjoyed the little Snack shak on the beach and John's Pass. Daquiri Shack was great! Not too far to Clearwater either. Great location, close to grocery, stores etc.. Owner was communicative and helpful. TVs were a bit tricky to figure out, instructions for the main tv would be really helpful.

Amazing stay!

Tina was an excellent, responsive and attentive host. The condo was spotless and exactly as described. Not having to worry about packing beach chairs, a cooler, cart and beach towels was an amazing bonus! (Esp with 3 kids.) The location was perfect and we were able to get everything we needed for the week (groceries, etc) from the store and CVS just steps away. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for opening you home to us!

Not so great New Year 2020/2021

This property is not exactly as described or reviewed. I heavily rely on reviews when I am booking a property for the many vacations I take a year so I will be honest and try not to sound harsh. The positives are: Tina is very prompt and friendly. The couch and chase lounge in the living room are very comfortable for seating. There were plenty of linens and some supplies to get you started. Plenty of silverware, glasses and dishes. There are three docks to fish from with cleaning stations. The negatives: The people that live there and apparently part of the Homeowners association are RUDE and nosey. Whatever you do- don't back into a parking space or you will get a ticket. DO NOT attempt to use the gas grill. Rats live in it and scared the crap out of my husband and myself. I should have realized they could be in there when we saw them all over the property in the evening.(I realize this isn't her fault) The unit needs some repairs and things need to be replenished. There is only one spatula in the unit. There was only one frying pan and only a couple pots. The fridge seal does not work properly and doesn't open or close well. The ice trays were broken. You need to really play with the front door handle to get the unit to lock. The master bedroom needs better lighting and a more comfortable mattress. The tile floor would have been softer. (we left a day early just so we could stay in a hotel and get one good night of sleep during our vacation) We tried the twin beds as well. For kids they may be fine but for an adult...not so much. The dishwasher doesn't properly clean the dishes hence you need to rewash what you put in there or just don't use it. The hose in the bathroom needs to be cleaned regularly. I cleaned it three times while I was there and still couldn't get it entirely clean yet the grime would flake when you were in the shower. The bathroom fan doesn't work well but that's because it doesn't look like its been cleaned in years. The "short walk" to the beach involves crossing 2 busy streets and passing by a couple of bars that are a bit rowdy. The TV remote in the master bedroom doesn't work so you have to use the one from the other room. There was only one beach chair for use and it was rusted and didn't work well. We go to Florida every year for at least two weeks for Christmas and New Years. We have rented numerous properties from Clearwater to Venice beach and we will not be staying at anything located in this complex again.

Thanks, I strive to provide a 5 star vacation property, being well traveled, I know what it means. There is a suggestion book on the counter. It is an excellent way for me to receive guests opinions and ideas of any way to improve their stay. It's been a great experience so far. During your 13 day stay, if there were really any issues, I would have surely taken care of it. You indicated your husband had severe back problems on his travel & you didn't sleep in the guest bedrooms (only luggage there), but your review says you used the twin beds in the guest bdrm. An inaccurate account of the master bed due to ongoing back issues is not due to the actual comfortability of beds. The Madeira Beach Yacht Club is well maintained gated property. Monthly fees make that happen. The only wildlife discovered around the property are little lizards & flying birds, and fish ;) I'm guessing this isn't the first such review you've left. People are very friendly here as previous reviews say. You can be as friendly or private as you like. Perfect Area with one main street (Gulf Blvd) to get to beach. There are 4 chairs for the beach, 2 are kept in closet, a pop up and another aluminum lawn chair. The salt air is corrosive, but aluminum doesn't rust. I keep the photos on the website up to date!

Can't say enough about this beautiful condo. Everything exceeded our expectations. We have even booked this property again, and can't wait to return. We just wanted to say, Thank you to the owner Tina. The Service , communication, and the property was impeccable. I can't say enough about your attention to every detail. Every step of the way, you provided us everything we needed to make our stay, so perfect. On our first night, we arrived very late. We were able to check in effortlessly. We were exhausted, but so over the moon, when we opened the door, everything was better than we could ever imagined. We slept like babies. We couldn't stop talking about how blessed we were. Everyday as we left early in the morning (for my medical treatments), we felt such peace. Coming back to the condo at night, knowing we had this place to retreat to.
