The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress, ceiling fan and bedding. The living room features a loveseat with pull out bed for extra guest. The unit boasts a screened in porch overlooking the intracoastal, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktail. Relax in the backyard with a private grill and picnic area while you watch the dolphin play! Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a gated, secure community with two sparkling heated pools, club house, gym, billiards, and onsite management. Great Condo

This was our first time in the area. The condo was perfect and had everything you could need. Although we were run out by Helene, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully decorated waterfront condo. Short walk to beach, shops, bars, grocery store. Lovely enclosed patio with view of the marina. The condo is clean and well stocked to cook or grill during your stay. Scott was easy to communicate with. We will be back!

Great Beach Stay!

Scott’s directions for travel from airports and locating property were great and answered any question we may have had. His condo is nicely remodeled and so convenient to beach & shopping. Couldn’t. ask for more!

This condo has everything you need and is decorated very nice. The neighbors are great. You are close to the beach, grocery store, places to eat, places to walk, and a dollar tree. Scott was a great host and we enjoyed our stay very much!

The condo was clean and modern. It is well maintained and had everything we needed. The view was nice. It is within walking distance of the beach and groceries/drug store. Easy check on and check out and easy communication with the owner. I would book here again.

Tight Quarters but Beautiful

This place was great! Loved the covered lanai, which really came in handy for the extra space, which was much needed considering how tight the space was. Listed as sleeps 4 comfortably. I’d say it sleeps 2 comfortably. Went with my husband, our 4 month old, and our 8 year old and it was definitely tight. Beds comfortably sleep 1. Only enough toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels to last 2 days but we picked some up at the grocery store which is conveniently located across the street. Beautifully decorated, well-maintained apartment, very clean and tidy, right by the water and pools. Would definitely go back with just my husband.

Updated One Bedroom Condo - Highly Recommend

We had a great vacation at this great condo. The condo was fully equipped and fulfilled all our needs. Beautifully decorated beach theme and scenic coastal waterway in back yard. Quiet environment. Centrally located and walkable to all amenities, beach, grocery store, restaurants, etc. Enjoyed the MB Yacht Club pools as well as Madeira Beach and other area beaches close by. Scott, condo host, was easily accessible and responded quickly with answers to our questions and provided all necessary information. A very positive experience.

We recommend this condo and the owner Scott.

The condo was as described by the booking and all was perfect. In addition the owner Scott was always reachable and as well open for suggestions. Example: Before our arrival we had recommend to Scott to have a safe for our values like money,, etc. within the condo and when we arrived Scott had installed a brand new safe. Also the information provided by Scott in advance for the check in and our stay have been sufficient and made it very easy to find all to go right in the condo. Parking spaces for the rental car were always available for free and the way from the condo to the beach on feet is just 5 Minutes away by crossing the Gulf to Bay Blvd. The surroundings with the water view, the facilities of the MBYC as well bars, restaurants, supermarkets and even a McDonalds store are near by, easy to reach and all made the stay easy, comfortable and pleased We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this condo and its owner. A business traveler

Excellent location and amenities

We had a lovely stay at Scott’s condo! The pool area is clean and quiet, the condo well updated, and morning coffee out in the lanai was a real treat. It’s a wonderful location within walking distance to CVS, Winn Dixie, and Dollar Tree. Scott keeps everything you need- detergent for the dishwasher and laundry, clean linens, and even towels for the pool! We look forward to coming back here next spring!!

Great get away

Very nice newly decorated condo. Had all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. Walking distance to anything you might need and Including the beach. Would highly recommend a stay at this Condo.
