Spacious and comfortably furnished family house, 10 min. walk to the beach

Pay attention to extra house information;
1. A maximum of 7 people, of which a maximum of 5 adults >25 years and 2 children (2-16) and 1 baby (0-2) are allowed.
2. Unfortunately, groups / young people <25 years are not allowed in this holiday home.
3. In this holiday home 1 dog is allowed, fee 35 euros.
4. Rent of bed linen is mandatory. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby bed.
5. Renting towels is optional, costs 10 euros per set of two towels. Please notify us at least 1 week before arrival.
6. The deposit will be refunded to you as soon as possible, but certainly within two weeks.

Holiday home Zee in zicht is a spacious, attractively and comfortably furnished family house with an ideal location near the beach. The detached holiday home is located in a green, quiet residential area on the edge of Renesse. You can walk to the sea within fifteen minutes. The center of Renesse with cozy terraces, restaurants and shops is less than five minutes by bike. 

You enter holiday home Zee in Zicht through the front door into the hall that gives access to the living room. Here is a cozy sitting area by the fireplace and a dining area for six to eight people. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. From the living room you can go through the garden door to the terrace. The garden is completely enclosed all around. On the ground floor is a bedroom with 1 single bed and a double bedroom with a simple, small en-suite bathroom. There is also a second spacious bathroom. The open staircase (without child fence)  in the hall gives access to the floor where there are two more bedrooms.

Holiday home Zee in zicht is a family house, in a quiet area on a short distance from the beach. We recommend the house for families who may want to enjoy a modern and comfortable home with grandparents for example. The house is very suitable to live with four adults and three young children. A maximum of one dog is welcome in this house.
