Lujosa y moderna villa rural situada en 2.500 metros de terreno privado, con capacidad para 18 a 22 huéspedes, piscina de 18 x 6 m y vistas ininterrumpidas de gran alcance.

La villa ha sido modernizado en los últimos años y ofrece un alojamiento muy privado e impresionante que mezcla perfectamente las comodidades de la vida moderna de lujo con la del entorno natural que lo rodea. De hecho, es una casa de vacaciones realmente idílico!

Las instalaciones y accesorios son de alta calidad con el roble francés y suelos de baldosas de Pizarro, baños impresionantes y una cocina totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos de ahorro de mano de obra necesarias y mesa teppanyaki japonés. Dispone de aire acondicionado / calefacción en todas partes y ha sido decorado con muy buen gusto.

La villa se encuentra dentro de los tranquilos alrededores de la ladera de Sitges, Barcelona y ofrece espectaculares vistas de gran alcance sobre el campo. Cuenta con un alojamiento amplio, tanto interna como externamente y es perfecto para la relajación y el entretenimiento, para adultos y niños.

El dormitorio es flexible y puede albergar hasta 22 personas. Cada uno de los siete a nueve dormitorios es muy grande, con techos altos, mucha luz natural, con algunas habitaciones que dan a terrazas. Todos tienen amplia capacidad de almacenamiento y espacio en el armario.

La casa principal consta de dos dormitorios en suite, además de otros tres dormitorios que se pueden hacer como doble / habitaciones dobles o triples como.

El apartamento también ofrece alojamiento anexa variable. Además de tener su propia cocina totalmente equipada, cuarto de baño con ducha grande, televisión y terraza privada, se puede hacer como un apartamento de dos dormitorios o un apartamento de un dormitorio con sala de estar.
Otra casa de huéspedes anexada con 2 dormitorios se ha completado para acomodar a 4 huéspedes más.

Los jardines están llenos de palmeras, olivos y limoneros y proporcionan un gran parque infantil para los niños ... que pueden esconderse en la casa del árbol, saltar arriba y abajo en el trampolín, jugar al fútbol, ​​a las escondidas o simplemente chapotear en el piscina de 16 x 8 m. Excellent family holiday location

Had a wonderful time with friends and family at this property. The pool is huge and the area around the pool is a great place to relax for kids and adults. The bedrooms are spacious, as are the common rooms. All around, a great experience.

Ladies get away

This property is great and has an abundance of space! The owner helped us grocery shop and hire a chef! We all had an excellent time and enjoyed the beauty of the space. We did not rent a car, but it was recommended. If we had stayed longer we would have. There are many steps so be prepared to carry luggage up and down stairs. Everything was really great! I recommend this place to anyone!

Excellent Villa and Guest Experience

The villa is decorated with high attention to details with each room being presented in different styles, from country to beach house, and even modern contemporary style. We appreciated the easy and uncomplicated communication with Charles, who is a wonderful host. When minor things had to be fixed, he was super supportive. The place is perfect for either a big family or a larger group of friends. The special highlights are the 18x5m pool with robotized self-cleaning and the outdoor lounge and kitchen. We want to come back!

Henderson/Coleman/Shepheard celebration

From the moment we walked in, the villa was like a dream! The pool & its "living area" was quite sublime, often pools can disappoint, but not this one. The house is beautifully designed, spacious & contemporary. Bedrooms were equipped with excellent storage, high quality beds, quiet air con & fans if needed. Bathrooms were of a boutique hotel standard. Charles & Alex went to great lengths to provide information on restaurants, supermarkets, & even phoned for a doctors appointment when illness arose. Our 3 families had a fantastic stay at villa Palmera, only wished we lived there!

Fantastic villa

We have just returned from a fabulous stay here. The villa is beautiful and the outdoor living area makes it extra special. It has a fully fitted outdoor kitchen including oven hob and fridge freezer, lounge area and bar seating area with bar stools. We were hardly inside !! The pool is huge and we spent many hours, day and evening, in the pool. The setting is stunning, although mosquitos are a plenty, be sure to take plenty of strong repellent. You do need a car as supermarkets and beaches ect are a short drive away. Sitges is lovely with clean beaches and a great choice of restaurants and bars. The harbour is well worth a visit too, especially for dinner. We would highly recommend this villa and the only suggestions for improvement that we noted were that we would have preferred more cleaning provided ( cleaners come once per week and change towels, bedding and clean ). We would have preferred maybe 2/3 times per week, just for the cleaning not the bedding change. This is just personal choice though. You will not be disappointed with this villa !!

En härlig och lagom lyxig villa där det är lätt att känna sig hemma i alla vinklar och vrår. För dig som inte behöver bo direkt vid havet är vyn över bergen underbar, och det är lätt att snabbt ta sig till stränderna i området. A perfect villa for a group with a wide age range & needs

We had the most fabulous week and made full use of the outdoor kitchen, which worked perfectly as cooking for a group of 16 didn’t mean being locked away inside the house. The pool area is incredible and the pool itself huge. The kids loved the trampoline and we all enjoyed playing table tennis as well as other games, including cricket, beside the pool. The separate annex meant my brother with his 10 month old baby could lock themselves away for sleep times, which was excellent for him and also not trying to keep the other older kids quiet at this time. Our group would highly recommend staying here if you’re seeking a hideaway, away from the masses.

Huset är fint men det finns några saker som man bör veta, utomhus delen är jättefin och där kan man sitta och äta riktigt många. Dock vi var 15 vuxna och det finns inte stolar så man kan sitta inne och äta allihop så det var lite tråkigt. Annars är huset väldigt välutrustat och badrum och kök är fina och det finns ett utmärkt utekök.

Our Villa Palmera is a rural property with a modern luxurious interior. We respect a very serious yearly maintenance and continuous improvements. Most clients comment that the real situation of the property is even better than the shown pictures. Ulrik was complaning about some pine needles in the pool and the table tennis table and a dead fly in the kitchen. We consider this kind of criticism fully unfounded in a rural setting. Ulrik as a client is a nightmare for every property owner and to judge the real quality of Villa Palmera we refer to all other reviews submitted sofar! We recommend Ulrik to a brand new urban setting with 24/7 services and avoid all rural environments!

Beautiful villa with exceptional outdoor space

A gorgeous week with five families all sharing Villa Palmera. There was plenty of space for us all. The rooms are spacious and clean with modern bathrooms. The children loved the huge pool, table tennis, trampoline and tree house. The adults loved the outside kitchen/bbq and relaxed lounge area which was perfect for evening socialising. We hired the chefs, Edva and Ronin, for three nights. They were so friendly and cooked the most delicious meals. We didn’t have to do anything! They efficiently laid the fabulous long outdoor table, served and cleared away. This is a perfect villa for large groups in a beautiful setting with something for everyone. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a lot. Villa was very big, clean and comfortable. We had 21 visitors (all adults) and we fit in very well. Outside pool area is also fantastic and you can make food as well outside. The owners where very helpfull and we highly recommend.

Fabulous villa in lovely surroundings

Beautiful luxurious villa with a homely feel. Amazing pool with an outside dining area and kitchen, perfect for entertaining. The hosts are lovely- nothing is too much trouble. Absolutly amazing place!

The Villa and all the surrounding are fabulous. I have organized the 40th birthday of my boyfriend, there were 22 of us, and everyone was very comfortable in their privates rooms. The villa has all the facilities that you need, is very clean and very well decorated (and have 3 kitchens that make all the preparation for the big party easier). Almost all the time we have spend outside in the swimming pool area (we were cooking in the garden kitchen, having bbq and just lots of fun during the day and night in the chill out outside area, that is very big). All the guests were impressed with the place, if you want to have a really luxury holiday or you want to impress your guests this is the place for you! And swimming pool is just huge, I have never seen any villa with that big private pool.

Family reunion - loved the house

Is what is says on the tin. We stayed for 7 days, enjoyed ourselves, and would return. The house itself was a beautiful Catalan/ Spanish house but kitted out with modern kitchen, pool, and bathrooms - a rarity according to locals we spoke with. If you are considering staying here, one perk that is not listed in the description is access to Edva the personal chef (for a fee). Her and her team went way beyond expectations providing us the highest quality of meals while walking us through the significance and history of each dish. We planned to have her team cook for two nights for our large group, but ended up hiring them for a third. -Tom

AWESOME MULTI-FAMILY VACATION

We had a great time - Charles and Alexandra were great hosts and the property is really nice. We spent a lot of time with the kids in the pool and there are 2 separate apts/guest houses that are great if you have a family that wants some space - each one is 2 bedrooms and one has its own kitchen. The outside pool areas was fabulous and we grilled and ate many of our meals outside. We look forward to returning!!

Wonderful holiday in a beautiful villa

Having watched the video and looked at the photo gallery many times before our holiday we were amazed when we first walked in, it exceeded all of our expectations. Villa Palmera has the perfect lay out for a large party, plenty of separate spaces to live comfortably with each other. We spent two weeks here and we loved every minute, the rooms are very large and beautifully decorated. The Villa has a lovely homely feeling to it and a lovely place to relax - we never wanted to go out! Charles and Alexandra were very helpful and accommodating and always very quick to respond. They gave us lots of information about the surrounding area, we loved the location it was very private but not to far away from local towns and supermarkets. So many happy memories made in beautiful surroundings, we could of stayed there forever!

Stunning!

We booked the villa for a 40th birthday celebration. The villa was perfect in every way. Large and spacious rooms, beautiful grounds and great to have the outside kitchen given we were blessed with a week of non-stop sunshine! Charles and Alexandra couldn't have been better hosts.

Fantastic stay in a gorgeous villa

We rented Villa Palmera for a friend's 30th birthday celebration with ~20 guests and had a great time. Communication ahead of our arrival was great and they were more than helpful with any queries we had. Check-in itself was with the owner and he did a very good job to ensure we had a full overview of the villa and all the amenities (and even offered Cava welcome drinks!) The villa itself is much better than the pics give it credit for, rooms are great and it does indeed sleep 22 comfortably. Would definitively recommend this for anyone looking at renting a quiet, tranquil place outside of the hustle and bustle of Barcelona (30mins drive from airport / only downside is practically non-existent public transportation alternatives)

Fantastisk villa med supert uteområde

En super villa for storfamilier eller familier som ferierer sammen. Bassenget og lounge-området er helt fantastisk med fullt utstyrt kjøkken. Villaen ligger i et rolig område, og det er kort vei å kjøre til Sitges. Perfekt sted å kombinere med en storbyferie i Barcelona i forkant eller etterkant av oppholdet. Alex og Charles er profesjonelle utleiere og er flinke til å følge opp, samt sørger for at man har et fint opphold. Huset anbefales.

Alex and Charles are a Dutch couple who moved to Olivella in 1986. Charles is a local businessman and Alex is the owner of one of Sitges' most respected estate agencies.

Since moving to the property we have extended and modified the house to create a family home that blends perfectly the comforts of modern luxurious living with that of the surrounding natural environment. It is indeed a truly idyllic villa!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The plot is 2,500 sq meters and there are no immediate neighbours as we also own the adjoining plot. The house offers far reaching and unrestricted views over the hills towards the sea and the sunrises and sunsets are quite spectacular.

We bought the house because of the space and tranquility it offers, yet it is only a 15 minute drive into Sitges or any of the other surrounding towns. So we have the best of both worlds...the country life and the urban life!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

As the climate in northern Spain is so delightful all year round, we created a home that affords us as much comfort and enjoyment both indoors and out.

We like to entertain with friends and family and the gardens provide a great playground for the children...they can hide in the tree house, jump up and down on the trampoline, play football, hide and seek or just splash around in the pool.

Meanwhile, we can enjoy adult fun in our chill out zone...we built a covered outdoor lounge, with comfy seating, a full kitchen, bar and eating area...perfect to relax after a long day or even after a short day!

We hope that our guests will enjoy our house as much as we do and our property manager will be on hand to deal with any eventualities should they arise during the rental period.
