Swift Cottage - three bedroom waterside Cottage - Sleeps 6

Wonderful and peaceful waterside three bedroom cabin with 33 foot private mooring and decking area. The living room opens directly onto the marina side decking with views across the marina and beyond. Because of this holidaymakers must be aware that there is no barrier at the edge of the marina and it is therefore not suitable for very young children to be left unsupervised.

Please note that the photographs listed show the cottage as is, in December 2020. Our plan is to carry out some improvements and enhancements over the coming weeks. These include adding a washing machine, tumble drier, outside gas barbeque and replacing the main living area carpet with laminate flooring the aim is to complete these before the spring.

The cottage is within walking distance of two pubs, a supermarket, two fish and chip shops, a fishing tackle shop and post office. Further afield there are numerous beaches along the Norfolk coast with opportunities for seal watching.

A car or bikes are useful for visiting further afield, but if you just want to stay in and around the cottage and relax then you have all you need very close at hand.
