A great apartment in a superb location

We had two weeks with two friends in this comfortable and clean apartment. The host was friendly and very efficient. The location was ideal for skiing, walking and cycling. We will certainly use this apartment again.

The apartment was well equipped, spacious and had a wonderful view over the lake. Annecy reachable within a few minutes in the car. Good bakery and other shops within walking distance. Our dog was welcome

Perfect in everyday

I have been using VRBO for a few years and this property has to be one of the best. It is superbly furnished. Brilliantly comfortable and situated close enough to Annecy to get into the town but not too close to be bothered by millions of tourists. The apartment gives a stunning view of the lake and the host, Sebastien was so easy to communicate with. His instructions were crystal clear. I would certainly recommend the appartment. The only problem........we only stayed for four days, we should have stayed longer!! Maybe next tie!

La vue depuis l’espace a vivre et cette même pièce à vivre sont magnifiques, terrasse au soleil le matin et à l’ombre l’après-midi. Cuisine moderne et agréable. De là, commodites et acces au lac et à la montagne très aisés.
Les roselière espace protégé à 10mn en voiture.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos und angenehm. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum und bietet vielerlei Möglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in der Wohnung in Sévrier. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend bietet viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen. Die Entfernung zu Annecy ist ein Katzensprung, so dass es sich lohnt auch „nur“ zu einem kleinen Spaziergang hinzufahren. Einkäufe können in unmittelbarer Nähe erledigt werden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, auch wenn das Wetter hätte besser sein können.

Appartement spacieux, lumineux, propre et quelle vue !!! Terrasse parfaite pour apprécier les montgolfières au dessus du lac au moment du petit déjeuner. La météo était idéale. Bref, un week-end à renouveler et une location à conseiller. (des escaliers à signaler pour les personnes âgées)
