Annie's Beach House es la clásica diversión familiar de Gearhart. La casa principal tiene una sala de estar muy acogedora con chimenea de gas, pantalla plana con TV por cable y WiFi gratis. Cocina totalmente equipada y mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8. Dos habitaciones, cada una con una cama Queen justo al lado de la sala de estar y separadas por un baño con bañera / ducha. El nivel superior tiene un área de estilo político con otro dormitorio Queen y den / dormitorio con cama nido y sofá cama. La cocina americana incluye refrigerador, microondas y fregadero. Excelentes vistas del espacioso patio que tiene una caja de arena cubierta / protegida para niños, y un "asiento de hermanas" especial en el otro extremo del patio con vistas al océano. El área del sótano cuenta con ping-pong, juegos y todo tipo de artículos de juguete al aire libre. Barbacoa de propano para comidas al aire libre, también. Solo cuatro casas al oeste y estás en el acceso a la playa, y 3 cuadras al norte, estás en McMenamins y Gearhart Golf. ¡Bienvenido a esta casa especial de Gearhart, Annie's Beach House! Estacionamiento para 4 autos. No se admiten mascotas, por favor. Somos muy alérgicos a los perros y gatos. ¡Gracias!

Perfect beach cottage

We loved our stay! The beach house was perfect for our mixed age group. The beach is so close, and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall excellent, exceeded our expectations.

Nice multi level house close to the beach

Loved our stay. The sand box was so fun for the kids, close to the beach. Loved being able to have the kids and parents upstairs without waking the rest of the family

Perfect

We stayed here two nights with 3 children and 2 adults. The home was perfect. All the supplies and bedding needed. Beautifully decorated, clean, warm, and feels like home.

This home is positively magical! Its wood-lined interior and comfy furnishings lend a cabin feel that is vacation cozy. The upstairs "apartment' makes this a great multi-family/multi-age stay. There are literally too many thoughtful features to mention, but the well-stocked kitchen, game room, outside play equipment, walking proximity to the beach, golfing, and a memorable "destination" bakery are among my favorites.We all enjoyed eating our breakfast up on the private two tiered deck, and rinsing the beach off with the hot/cold outside hose. No property is perfect, however, and although this one has a touchy septic system that overflowed once during our stay, it is not a deal breaker. We will return to this wonderful home for future family vacations.

Tremendous place for a relaxing weekend getaway with friends

We were very impressed with the location of the house— just a quick stroll to the beach— and all the fun activities provided (bikes, ping pong table, kites, games, etc.). The living space was plentiful and comfortable, bedrooms were numerous and well set up, bathrooms and kitchen were very well stocked with supplies and cooking ingredients. This home had a lot of charm and was obviously very well cared for by the owners. We would gladly stay again.

Oregon coast vacation

This house had plenty of room for our family of six adults and a baby. It is very well stocked with supplies including: dishes, extra pillows, blankets, beach toys, wagon, bikes, books, games, etc. The neighbor is quiet and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the two decks and view. The extra small mother-in-law kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker was helpful. We had a fun and relaxing weekend.

Summer kickoff getaway

Very clean house, accurate listing, comfortable furniture and beds, close to path through dunes to beach. Enjoyed gas fireplace, bikes for ride into town. Neighborhood was quiet. Nice touches like battery operated decorative candles, reading materials, night lights. Would have liked keyless entry for ease of check-in and also just coming and going throughout the day. Would recommend this house for a variety of groups.

We rented this house for a family reunion. It was close to everything we needed. The house was clean and even more than we expected. Fun and eclectic. We would definitely rent this house again.

Great family vacation rental

We found this house had all of the amenities we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. Such easy access to a lovely long stretch of beach. We were able to easily enjoy the seaside atmosphere of Cannon Beach and Seaside while enjoying the quiet of Gearhart. We loved being able to walk to McMenamins! We also experienced the elk herd. What a great place for family time, we’ll be back!

Very quaint and enjoyable

We thought the house was quaint and had many great features. We enjoyed the top deck, and the rooms above the garage. It was clean and well-equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing family house

My parents, brother, our spouses and kids stayed here for a long weekend. It was a wonderful amount of space and the neighbors were very generous with the stomp rockets doing in their yard. The sandbox was a huge hit with the kids and the deck was a huge hit with the adults. The wall to the beach was so easy. The kids are already asking to go back!

We were more then pleased with the beach house. The location was right next to a beach access and the house had everything you needed and more. Very clean and close to everything.

Great family house!

We had a fantastic weekend staying at this house. It's in walking distance to the beach. We had a great time having fires on the beach, riding bikes to lunch and having family game time in the basement play area! Pictures do not justify this house, it is so warm and cozy and so clean. It was equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals and bbqing on the balcony. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and it was the perfect size and space for us.

Great for families

My family and I had a wonderful time at this house and can't wait to go back. The house is located steps away from the beach and is in a quiet part of town. It's a nice short walk to a few shops in Gearhart like an ice cream shop and a quick drive to more restaurants in Seaside. The house itself is well stocked with everything you could need including a fully stocked kitchen, board games,beach gear and bikes. The covered sandbox was a huge hit too. The layout of the house was fantastic too and made for a comfortable stay.

Perfect beach getaway.

Location was great. Within walking distance to the beach. Appreciated all the extras as it kept our 3 year old twins occupied (sandbox, ping pong table, rocking horses, etc). Nice for two families as there was 2 separate sleeping areas. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. Only complaint was that the house could use a deep clean in some areas. (i.e refrigerators). Would stay here again as we loved Gearhart. So much quieter than Seaside and we felt very safe during this Covid craziness.

Perfect for families!

We had a wonderful time! The property was clean, spacious, and full of amenities we enjoyed. My kids played in the sandbox, ping pong and we all enjoyed the scenic walk to the beach. We would stay here again!

Annie’s house

Annie’s house was the perfect rental for our 3 days in Gearhart. The Mother in Law above the garage was perfect for our daughter, son in law and 2 grandchildren with grandparents on main floor. Well appointed kitchen. Brandnew bathrooms. Garage held bikes, beach chairs, etc. 3 year old grandson loved the sandbox and ping pong table. Owner of property has done an exceptional job of maintaining exterior and interior. Blending old with new. Looking to return in a month with my girlfriends. Walking distance to beach and downtown Gearhart

Everything was wonderful. Except doing laundry. Every other house we have rented never had to do laundry of sheets and towels. I thought because you charge for cleaning that was included

Beach Volleyball Weekend

This is a great property with lots of extras. Very close to the beach and tons of stuff to use for the beach. Slept 4 adults and 4 grown kids easily. Game room was a big hit with the kids and even the adults got into the ping pong games. Right up the street from a nice restaurant that is within walking distant. Would definetly stay here again
