Everything in Summerville is a close walk to this lovely property which is surrounded by beautiful landscaping. It smelled amazing around the cute and comfortable cabin, it took awhile to find the reason. Trees with tiny white flowers!We had a very relaxing mini vacation with plenty of walking, and great weather.Would highly recommend staying here and visiting Summerville SC!

Perfect little cottage right next to downtown Summerville. We loved that we had the ability to walk to different shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and clean! Would absolutely love to stay here again if we are in the area.

Excellent stay

We enjoyed our stay so much that we look forward to staying here again anytime possible soon. The cottage is an excellent choice, super clean, communication is great they respond right away and attend to our needs. Restaurants and stores are few blocks away. I get to enjoy my morning run in the nearby neighborhood.

Grandsons Birthday

The cottage was better than expected. Great location and nice area close to downtown. Very nice and relaxing place. Perfect for our needs and will hopefully stay here again, if there are vacanices during our time frame of travel. Hosts and property manager were greta to deal with also.

Anniversary getaway

We enjoyed our time staying at the Summerville cottage. It was all that was presented when we were looking for a place to stay near Charleston. Exactly as advertised. The only small issue would be to have more lighting in the living room area.Thanks again for a wonderful time.

Short walk from many lovely restaurants

The cottage was a welcome retreat during our trip to Summerville. Although it was early spring, the weather was nice and we were able to walk into town. It's only a block a couple of blocks from some really nice restaurants. We enjoyed visiting the Ice House. The cottage had all the comforts of home and amenities we needed, including a folding table in the 2nd bedroom closet that I was able to use as a desk while I "worked from home". Having laundry facilities on the property were great. My only nit is that it took some finagling to figure out how the heat worked, but we finally did and were comfortable for our stay.

Lovely Summerville

The cottage was conveniently located and as advertised. Only 1 lamp was suitable for reading. I had reserved the cottage for 4 weeks. Unfortunately, I contracted covid and a winter storm warning was issued. At that point I opted to leave after 16 days and drive home. It did in fact snow and people were forced to stay in their homes for 2-3 days. I realize host/owners are not responsible for weather nor are they required to reimburse guests for unused days. I did ask if I could be comped 2-3 nights in May as I traveled back north from Florida and was told no, that I could reserve nights if I paid for them. I had already paid for 28 days. I never saw the host in the over 2 weeks I stayed. So much for Southern hospitality. A walk thru done by the host on arrival would be nice. This is how the TV, heat/air, etc. work would have been helpful. We spent 2 days trying to figure out the remote, The cottage itself was nice but the hospitality lacking.

Great Christmas Cottage!

My husband and I rented this cottage over the Christmas holiday. My mom lives in assisted living nearby, and we wanted a place that felt like home on Christmas Day. This cottage was an excellent choice! We were able to make a small meal and celebrate the holiday with my mom, daughter, and her partner comfortably in the cottage living room. It was also very quiet and we slept better than we have in a long while. The property manager was also very responsive, even with it being a holiday. We will definitely stay again and have recommended this cottage to other family planning trips to the area. Thank you so much!

Nice cozy cottage

This cottage is perfect for a quiet weekend getaway. Everything was clean and the owners add a personal touch to the check in which is nice. The cottage had everything we needed and was super convenient to pretty much everything. Would recommend this place to couples or small families!

Very convenient and good host

This cottage nice and is everything you need for a stay in beautiful Summerville. There's even a small patio and yard out back with a grill. It's located a short walk, about a block, from restaurants and shopping. The host and property manager were great to deal with and communicated their expectations clearly. Will definitely book again when in the area.

In town for Graduation

We were in Summerville for our Nephew's Graduation and decided to get a place to stay so our family’s home wouldn’t be too cramped. This property was PERFECT! It is a very short walk to Historic Summerville with all its shops, cafes and restaurants, while also feeling very private and relaxing. It’s convenient for a day at the beach or a trip to Charleston if you are looking to venture out of Summerville. The cottage was clean & well stocked with kitchen items, linens and toiletries. I highly recommend eating breakfast on the back patio, for some serenity!

Perfect getaway close to the center of town

Cute cottage great for a short getaway. Very comfortable and clean. Bed was fantastic to sleep on (firm but not hard). Good environment for even young kids- not much to get into but bring your own baby proofing if you really need it. Close walking distance to amazing restaurants for takeout or eat out. Pretty to walk around and some great parks nearby. Close to Charleston. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
