Our Oasis

Our stay at the Quinta del Encanto could not have been more perfect. Our hosts were all gracious and more than helpful no matter what. Paul was always there to help with our myriad of questions, was always prompt, professional and courteous and has a great sense of humour! Luis and Maribel were on site and really a pleasure to meet and get to know and once again were more than helpful !! Our Cassita was spotless and the location up the hill from La Cruz was great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the the bathroom and shower clean as a whistle, the sitting area very comfy and the bed and pillows were just like home .. every night was a good nights sleep, We had a fantastic view, quiet spot , great pool to relax in after a day of exploring and a comfortable cozy place to take it all in. We plan on returning for sure. You will be very pleased if you choose this establishment for your vacation. Dan & Mary Ellen

Stunning in many ways. Beautiful property, beautiful view, well-maintained, thoughtful amenities I can think of nothing negative except I’d like the TV in the living room and not the bedroom because I don’t watch TV in bed I sleep 😌

Life in a slow lane

This is more authentic mexican town and neighbourhood far away from the hustle and bustle of the old town and malecon. Very enjoyable experience for us, including great responsiveness and communication with Paul. We loved our stay there and having a rental car we managed to travel to Sayulita and Destilladero beach.

Perfect week in laid back La Cruz

We really enjoyed our one bedroom just off the pool at Quinta del Encanto. Very secure with night watchmen. Screens on the windows kept us bug free the entire time. Cute little kitchen and a pro chef's outdoor grill for the Mahi we bought right off the boats in the harbor market. Everything we needed for cooking in, even a disposal, rare in our travels. Shower was hot, bed super comfy, rivaling our own at home. The view of the Bay was mesmerizing, day and night. Neighboring roosters added a touch of Mexico, (but bring earplugs for the dog barking chorus down the street.) The hill is steep but a short block, we walked it twice a day. Peaceful La Cruz is far nicer than crowded, touristy Puerto Vallarta. Sunday's market is not to be missed. The pool was the highlight, and we floated away many afternoons, enjoying this bit of paradise. Thanks to Maribel and Luis for helping with everything. You can't go wrong by booking a stay here.

Super cute villa, all the necessities

Great view, accommodations are great, comfy bed, pool is clean and refreshing. Only negative (?) in MY opinion is fridge is a little small (don’t think anything can be done about that, & not a big deal really) and the hill, although a taxi is only about 60 pesos from taxi stand at the bottom of the hill. Overall...FANTASTIC!! I communicated with owner via email etc, he’s super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

Spectacular

We stayed at this beautiful villa for 4 nights while we had work done on our sailboat in the local yard. The facilities and staff were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. We especially loved the view of Banderas Bay from our own private pool. We will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

Very clean and comfortable.

The casita was just perfect for our 2+ week stay while work was being done on our boat. The walk up the hill from the marina to the room was strenuous but well worth the effort for the pool and view of the Bay awaiting us at the end of our work day. The owner and staff were eager to accommodate our needs. We will miss Casita Amenecer. Highly recommend this rental!
