Enjoy a private patio, fast Wi-Fi, desk, a full kitchen, charcoal grill, and beach gear for your seaside adventures. Eco-conscious travelers will love the solar panels and filtered water. Please note: access requires 36 stairs, and returning from the beach includes a short uphill walk across a main road.
The Space:
This 3rd-floor eco-friendly studio was thoughtfully designed for comfort, light, and convenience—perfect for both quick getaways and extended stays. The space is powered in part by rooftop solar panels, reducing your footprint while you relax and recharge. Inside, enjoy a comfy living area, fully-equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, blender, and toaster oven, plus a dining table for meals and a desk for remote work.
The private southwest-facing patio offers partial ocean views—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or a sunset drink. There is also a charcoal grill. Ocean breezes and abundant natural light fill the space, and the 1.5-ton A/C quickly cools things down when needed. From bed, you can even glimpse the ocean!
Modern touches include granite countertops, a quartzite bathroom, fast fiber optic Wi-Fi (100 Mbps), a dedicated workspace, and a safe for your valuables. You’ll also find beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and filtered drinking water from the kitchen sink—all to make your stay easier and more enjoyable.

This condo is located only 1 block to Golden Zone (just across the highway) and 3.5 blocks to the beach. Restaurant Row (including Culi's, Buclas Brewery, and BuceBurger) is only 1.5 blocks away. Luna Luna, our favorite breakfast spot, is only 2 blocks away. Oceanfront dining at Karen's Beachfront restaurant is just 3.5 blocks away. Savor mouthwatering tacos at Tacos Al Pastor El Fogoncito, a mere 2.5 blocks away. Indulge in the culinary delights at the municipal market just 1.5 blocks away, offering affordable food options. Take advantage of the proximity to convenience stores, a large grocery store, and the bus stop for easy access to Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita, and Punta Mita. Additionally, you'll find the CMQ hospital and Santander bank with an ATM just 2 blocks away.
It is important to note that this is Mexico and our neighborhood has all the authentic charm, but you will hear dogs, roosters, kids playing, and motorcycles as they go by. Our neighbor grows his own crop of cactus, papaya, corn, banana and various fruit trees. A few blocks away kids play soccer on Sunday mornings. We are accustomed to the ambient sounds but we feel it is worth mentioning if you are not familiar with Bucerias or are new to the area.
Also, our home runs on sunshine. With a rooftop solar system producing around 1,000 kWh of clean energy each month, we power most of the property — including air conditioning and all your everyday comforts — with solar power. Enjoy your stay knowing your vacation is powered by the sun and helps support a greener future.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the entire 1-bedroom retreat. Make yourself at home in the cozy living space with a Roku TV, grill on the private patio, and utilize the dedicated workspace for remote work or personal projects. Enjoy the convenience of a smart lock system, eliminating the need for keys. Street parking is readily available for your vehicle. The unit does not have a washer and dryer but there are laundromats just 2 blocks away. Maid and laundry service can be offered for a small extra fee.
The Neighborhood:
Located just a short walk from Bucerias’ Golden Zone, this condo places you close to everything—beach, restaurants, cafés, and local markets. Grab tacos at El Fogoncito (2.5 blocks), enjoy craft beer at Buclas Brewery, or start your day with breakfast at Luna Luna (2 blocks). The town blends charm with convenience, offering authentic experiences alongside modern amenities like CMQ Hospital and Santander Bank just 2 blocks away.
Expect a truly local experience: neighbors grow fruit trees and cactus, kids play soccer at the nearby field, and you'll likely hear the everyday sounds of dogs, roosters, and motorcycles. It’s all part of the charm of Bucerias.
Getting Around:
Bucerias is wonderfully walkable, but do note that returning from the beach involves a hill and crossing a main road.
A bus stop is just half a block away, connecting you north to Sayulita or south toward Puerto Vallarta. Uber is readily available. We can also help arrange taxi or chauffeur service for added convenience.

Beautiful and welcomingLovely, comfortable space—immaculate and peaceful. The host was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Just note you’ll need to cross a busy street to get to the beach. I’d definitely stay here again!

This is our first time staying in one accommodation for a month. Check in was easy and straightforward. Apartment was spotless and fully equipped!! Everything in great working condition.Pros:Very generous welcome gift, may differ based on length of stay. Much appreciated.5 minute walk from the beach by crossing the highway down from our streetView from balcony, i.e. we were able to watch whales jumping / breaching from our patio. Whale sightings apparently dependant on time of year.Several nearby stores / markets less than a block away. Taqueria Chilangotaco one block away and best food / value we have found for quesadillas and tacos during our one month stay. Restaurant Bar Famar little pricier and higher quality few blocks away also. Had several shrimp meals.Butcher 5 minutes, gym 10 minutes, and Chedraui (grocery store) 17 minutes. All of these are walking times. Golden zone 5 minutes walk.Amazing bed, large shower, plenty hot water and water pressure, Air Conditioning works perfectly.Host very responsive.Cons:Internet has been intermittent and an ongoing issue. Host tried to resolve several times so may be an infrastructure issue. My best guess is wifi connection issues due to concrete walls with router located somewhere outside the apartment.To be fair, description of this place does indicate dogs in neighbourhood, but dog in backyard little louder than anticipated, often at odd hours throughout the night. We would rank this accommodation 9 / 10
