Villa La Vie with pool lays on a private plot of more than 600 square meters. It is fully fenced and offers a safe and private environment. It accommodates up to 10 guests who appreciate finer things in life and who don't think twice when it comes to luxury and comfort on vacation.
The residential area occupies 380 square meters. The main level of the villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining zone, and lavish living room. It is designed as an open living zone and it is connected to the main sun patio with the infinity pool. Here you can enjoy stunning sea views and fresh sea breeze.
Also on the main floor, you will find one of the bedrooms. The other 4 bedrooms are on the upper floor. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a shower. In addition, in the master bedroom, there is a standalone bathtub with panoramic sea views.
The outdoor area of the villa is smartly designed to create many socializing and entertaining areas. Moreover, outside you will find several terraces, so the guests who want some privacy can relax on their own. There is also an outdoor dining area with grill facilities.
The highlight of this amazing villa is definitely a large sun deck with sunbeds and an infinity pool. Here you can enjoy wonderful vistas of the sea, greenery, and the islands and islets in front.
Next, the lowest level of the villa offers a very special relaxation and entertaining zone. Here you will find a traditional tavern with an indoor grill, perfect for enjoying delicious meals and hanging together. Also, this tavern is great for throwing private celebrations and dinner when the weather is not so favorable to stay at the outdoor terrace.
For more entertainment here you will find a big home cinema with a popcorn machine! Finally, on this level, you will find a special spa zone with relaxation beds, a sauna, and an indoor jacuzzi.
The location of the Villa La Vie on the south of the Istrian peninsula allows you to enjoy the best beaches and choose from many daily tours and excursions. Nearby the villa is the wonderful nature park Cape Kamenjak with many secluded bays and coves. You can choose from rocky, pebbly and sandy beaches. Also, there are available many watersport options such as jet-skiing, windsurfing, and diving. Moreover, the city of Pula with its rich nightlife and many great restaurants is only a 15-minute drive away.The maximum temperature of the heated pool outside the main season is 26° C.
