The Sand Dunes is a superb semi-detached cottage set within the village of Crantock, Cornwall. Home to a double and a twin that are served by a shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. The interior of the cottage is complete with a kitchen and a living/dining room, and outside there is an enclosed garden with a patio featuring outdoor seating and a lawned area. Off-road parking is available for two cars. The Sand Dunes is a wonderful dwelling from which to base your next holiday to Cornwall. Please note: Property does not accept short breaks during August.
Amenities: Air source central heating. Downstairs underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed garden with patio featuring outdoor seating and lawned area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.4 miles. Halwyn, a restaurant, Bar and Golf Course has recently opened right across the road from the property. Please note: This property does not accept short breaks during the Winter period.
