!Tropical Villa Walking Distance to the Beach!

Experience luxury at our exquisite golf villa featuring three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, accompanied by a private pool and jacuzzi. Our dedicated staff is on hand to assist with cooking and cleaning to ensure a delightful stay. Located within walking distance to Minitas Beach, we also offer the option to rent a golf cart for convenient transportation throughout Casa De Campo. The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

Please note that a resort access fee of $25 USD per adult per night and $12 USD per child per night (ages 4-12) is applicable, while children under 4 stay free. These fees are payable directly to the Villa Owners Club office at the main guest entrance. Starting February 1, 2026 the resort fee will increase.

We kindly request that all arrivals occur before 10 PM. If you anticipate arriving later than this, please inform us in advance, as we need to notify the resort 24 hours prior to your arrival to arrange for concierge service.

What a great Villa

Note only is the Villa outstanding in every way the property manager Sarai is responsive, thoughtful and very professional. The onsite staff are super. Great place to stay!!!

Best guys golf trip!

House with staff, what can I say, Fanny and Luis made the trip special. Fresh sqweezed OK, and breakfast, lunch and dinner made to order if we asked. We already have a summer trip planned, this time with our wives and kids!

Great Villa!

We loved everything about our stay - fantastic location, Fanny & Luis are wonderful. The villa is immaculate, the beds and bedding are so comfortable and the pool and hot tub are the best. Recommend highly, we will be back!

Perfect, beautiful house and neighborhood

We’ve stayed in Casa De Campo before and highly recommended this house. It’s perfect, spacious, clean, can comfortably fit 8 people. My kids loved the pool. Couldn’t have been better, it’s was absolutely perfect.

Warm weather getaway

This was our first visit to the Dominican and could not have asked for a better home and host. Sarai was very responsive and answered all our questions and offered excellent tips including great driver Moises (transportation to and from airport). Fanny and Luis made us feel warmly welcomed and took very good care of us. The home and grounds are in pristine condition and very well located. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent rental, host and team!

This rental was perfect for our family! The host was extremely accommodating and helpful! Fanny and Luis were very attentive and did everything they could to make sure our stay was pleasant. Fanny makes the most amazing meals! Would definitely go back again!

Just what you need!

We had a lovely 4 day stay for a wedding weekend. The home has comfortable updated social spaces and bedrooms. Well kept. The staff is kind, accommodating and Fanny is a wonderful cook! Great choice to unwind and enjoy in CDC.

We were a group of 4 adults and one teen and the villa was just perfect, the location, the pool, the house distribution and the staff. Loved the closeness to Minitas, the tranquility of the area and the service that Luis and Violeta provided. It makes you want to live in Casa de Campo.

Wonderful

Outstanding, comfortable, beautiful home in great location 5 minutes to the beach club. Fanny and Luis are amazing. We felt truly pampered by them. The pool is immaculate, the hot tub a delight. Coffee by the pool in the morning was heavenly. Can't wait to return.

Perfect Getaway

I can’t express enough how satisfied we were with EVERYTHING! The house is more spacious & beautiful in person than the photos! Fanny & Luis made our stay SO enjoyable. My husband can be a pain at places-and he LOVED it! The pool area was fantastic. We barbecued as soon as we got here! The rooms are VERY clean & comfortable. Sarai was a perfect host & was easy to communicate with. All & all it was PERFECT!

A perfect getaway

The property is even prettier in person. Fully renovated with excellent taste and modern luxury, it has all the amenities of a five star hotel. The outdoor space is beautiful and the family enjoyed the pool very much. The staff is very attentive and cordial, and the owner was very helpful and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The property is centrally located, in a quiet area surrounded by lots of trees, walking trails, and a short golf cart drive to the beach. We look forward to going back soon!

We would return tomorrow. The house is modern, well kept, clean and very comfortable. Great quality sheets, towels and furniture. The staff, Fanny and Luis, are excellent and a great part of what makes the vacation great. Fanny is an amazing cook, every meal was better than the one prior. Luis was so nice and helpful. The pool was perfect for our 5 and 4 year old kids to play in. The proximity to Minitas beach is a huge plus. We’ve been many times to Casa de Campo but this villa we Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

In one word “ IMPECCABLE”

We have stayed several times at Casa de Campo and this home exceeded our expectations. The pre-arrival communication was impeccable, the house staff kept the place impeccable, the cleanliness and organization was impeccable. The home is beautifully furnished, all the appliances and airconditioners work. It was very nice to have the groceries and our basic necessities stocked and waiting for us, coordinating our in house masseuse visits, breakfast / lunch and most importantly airport, pick up and drop off were perfectly coordinated and planned. Sarai is an excellent host and property manager, who was very responsive. Highly recommend renting the very well-maintained six passenger golf cart We will be back

Wonderful 5 Star Villa

The Villa is beautifully appointed with roomy common areas, both indoor and out. The placement of the three bedrooms with ensuite, provided privacy and peace. They are roomy with plenty of closet space. The living and dining area is tastefully furnished and well designed with beautiful lighting ( LED color changing and a stunning chandelier). I agree with a previous review that the photos do not do it justice. The pool area is spacious and has ample and well conceived seating in both sun and shade.. The pool is a welcome relief from the heat and the hot tub is relaxing in the evening. With use of the available golf cart, the villa is very conveniently located between the beach, golf , shopping and restaurants. Luis and Fanny provided impeccable and discreet service. Luis was so helpful in numerous ways. Fanny’s breakfast was the highlight of every morning. She made us “ Bandera” one evening with her home recipe. We returned from the beach to find the table elegantly set, with the delicious meal at the ready. The Villa is perfectly attuned to the high standards of the Casa de Campo experience. Sarai is very attentive and responsive. She made sure we were aware of any resort details that would improve our stay.
