Tranquilidad es una cabaña de dos pisos de diseño espacioso que ofrece dos dormitorios y dos baños en un entorno natural arbolado con privilegios de piscina. Esta cabaña de madera bellamente decorada ofrece televisores en cada dormitorio, junto con la sala de estar, chimenea de gas, WIFI, cama King, cama Queen, sistema de videojuegos XBOX, parrilla de gas y jacuzzi. Las vistas pacíficas de pastos y vistas boscosas ofrece a los huéspedes esa sensación relajante de estar lejos de todo, pero aún así, está cerca de toda la acción! Los huéspedes podrán disfrutar del paisaje natural con los rockeros en la cubierta envolvente o remojar en la bañera de hidromasaje. Fall break getaway

Very nice setting, decor was great very cabin like. Quiet and short drive to everything. Everything was clean and couch and chair was comfy. Had everything you need for cooking. If I had any complaints it would be maybe the hot tub could be updated. A couple jets weren’t working but it was nice to sit in after a long day of walking. I know some people complained about cob webs on windows on the outside, you are in woods. So that’s expected. We will Definitely consider it when coming back. Also wanted to add the guest service are very nice and friendly.

Nice stay

The unit was nice and perfect for a small family. Everything you need is available just wished the pool was cleaned up, it was very dirty when we would go to swim. And maybe need to do some cleaning to outside windows because view of pretty property was blocked my years of cobwebs and yuck… overall tho the inside of unit was nice.

Very Nice Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Our cabin was very nice. I did give a 3 out of 5 stars for cleanliness. Overall everything was very nice and clean but the windows were not clean. I believe this could be because it was spring and they haven't gotten to cleaning them for spring yet. They had quite a lot of cobwebs and leaf debre on the outside of the window and the big windows just needed a good cleaning.

Good Location

This comfortable cabin had what we were looking for. Access was good,not too many steep winding roads to travel to get there.We would stay there again.

Tranquility!!

Beautiful place. Within 5 minutes of Walmarts and 10 minutes of the Island. Needs an address sign up by the tree stump by the side of the road. There is no pool at this location. Hot tub was awesome after a long day of walking around.

Nice small place

It was a nice cabin. I wish the listing would have explained that 1 of the bedrooms is not a closed room. It is a loft which is open and means that once the people go to bed upstairs there is no more TV for downstairs. The remotes in the downstairs bedroom did not have batteries. There was trash under furniture and food on chairs. But the gas fireplace was perfect. Furniture was comfy and it was a nice cabin.

Nice location, but.......

Pretty location, but hard to find. Mailbox at the top of shared driveway says 727, sign for 723 is behind a white car and not visible. GPS took us to property that backs up to the correct one. Hot tub was nice as was the wrap around porch. outside. Owner needs to update mattresses/bedding, and kitchen dishes. Only 5 forks and 3 wine glasses. Property needs a deep clean. Ceiling fan was hairy, and all windows were full of spider webs and very dirty. Made it hard to see/enjoy the beautiful tress outside. My husband said it was the thinest/cheapest toilet paper he had ever seen. Did not feel like we got our money's worth.

Quaint Mountain Cabin

The property is as shown. A new grill needs to be added and the hot tub cleaned. Though the air conditioning was a problem, the management responded immediately and the problem solved. The amenities were good but paper products were needed -- tin foil, napkins,, more paper towels, etc It would help to know that your go down the driveway to the right as the cabin is secluded. .All in all it was a good choice and a fun experience,

Cute Mountain Experience; Needs a little upkeep

The location of this rental was convenient once you could find it. There was a white SUV parked in front of the sign to the house the entire week due to parking constraints. Strengths: Love all the wood in the house! Quaint and the perfect size for us. House maintained comfortable temperatures. Great location relative to PF and Gatlinburg. Nice, easy layout. Had cable, wifi and games. Nicely stocked disposable items (bags, soap, PT, TP). Nicely stocked kitchen utensils/plates, etc. Loved the rockers on the porch. Comfortable seating inside and out. Grill was direct gas, so no worries about a tank. Opportunities: Picture of hot tub is deceiving-hot tub is actually on the front porch and smelled a bit moldy. New beds need to be purchased to replace the sagging beds. The house cleaners need to clean all the nooks/edges/trim of the carpets/blinds/corners in bathrooms…lots of dust/grime buildup. The master bed closet is an open rack next to the toilet in the bath…would not use as toilet flushing is literally inches from hanging clothes. Can a rack be placed in the bedroom or minor construction to shift the opening of a real closet? Pls swap out shower liners due to mold. Outdoor trash smelled like beer when it was empty….pls clean the trash can as the smell will get worse in the warmer months. Upstairs fan needs to be balanced, as it makes lots of noises when on medium or high. Light bulb on main floor bedroom needs to be replaced. Overall a quaint cute cabin. Would stay there again; just needs a few easy fixes to increase the star rating.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was as described. It would be nice of the linens were updated. If you sleep up in the loft, be prepared to have the porch light from the house behind to stream in all night long. Also, the property is a little difficult to find as our GPS said arrived and we could not find the house, until we made a sharp left and happened to see a faded sign on a fence, behind a parked car, pointing in the direction of the house, while it was raining and dark.

Serenity near town

The property was convenient to town with the serenity of the mountainous woods. The layout was perfect for us. Kids stayed in the first floor bedroom, while we took the second floor. The hot tub worked well. Have no idea about the pool that was mentioned. That should either be taken out of the listing or there should be more knowledge of it once booked. There were a few blown lights on the porch, no dust pan, and no extra toilet paper. While that was not a big deal, it was a minor inconvenience. Overall it was a great place to stay, considering we were mainly there to sleep.

Great Place, Missing Pool!

The cabin was great. Excellent place to stay. Close to town and yet out in the trees! The only thing missing was the pool access mentioned in the VRBO listing. We called and asked where it was as there was nothing in the cabin telling you where to go. Then we found out the pool was out of service. Never did find it!

Great Location and Place

Beautiful peaceful cabin that was well equipped and very clean. Close to everything and plenty of parking, especially considering in the mountains. Came for a car show with my son and was able to park our car and a truck with a trailer.

It was such a great cabin! We had an issue with our hot tub and they came out and fixed it within a couple hours! Close to everything and all around a great place to stay! We had so much fun and can’t wait to come back!

Convenient for our needs. Cozy and quiet. Bathrooms are small and need updating especially the tubs. Queen bed is over the vent which does not allow for air flow. At night that room has no air flow causing the air to become stale and humid. I would relocate that bed away from the vent. Cabin was very clean.

If your looking for a place off the beaten path with privacy, this cabin has just that !! They thought of everything to make our stay welcoming. Very clean and comfortable.

Nice cabin

The cabin was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. However, it was hard to find. Navigation didn't take us directly to the property so we had to drive around and contact management to guide us. Management was very helpful and nice. We had a little stumble getting checked in because Management said they needed a copy of my driver's license before they would be able to give out the passcode to enter the cabin. We were told they had been trying to get in contact with us via phone and email but we hadn't gotten anything from them. I called Management and she was so nice and understanding and helped us through the process. She sent the email and ae had the passcode within minutes. Overall everything was great here. We enjoyed ourselves and the neighbors were even nice! We loved it here and would love to return.

Beautiful and Private cabin

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cabin. It was very clean, the decor was very nice, the beds were comfortable and the cabin is close to all the entertainment and restaurants. It was the perfect location for us and the hot tub was an added amenity. We would definitely stay here again.

The electricity went out the last night, and we had no idea what to do. We called the number on the check-in sheet, and we got a recording. Oh my, it was like "How do we know what's going on?" Fortunately, someone eventually called back and said they'd call the power company.
