Enjoyed our stay, pool was nice and the view from our room was nice. Only thing wrong the hot tubs weren’t working. Had a nice condo and our hostess was very nice.

Absolutely loved every minute of our stay! The condo was large and comfy, and we greatly appreciated the ease of access to the beach and pool. It was definitely nice to have parking, and it was so kind of the owners to pre-buy an umbrella and chairs.

Perfect Place!

This was the perfect place for our stay. Views of the water from all rooms. Everything we needed was there. Communication was great and entry was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved it here!

Our stay was amazing! I don’t have anything bad to say about our week here, they have everything you would need, just buy your groceries and everything else is there! It’s just like the pictures, with an amazing view! The property manager was very responsive and even checked in on us! Thanks for making our family vacation so smooth and unforgettable!! Would definitely stay here again!

Spring break for a family

We stayed here with our four children and loved it! It was in the perfect location. Easy access to the beach. There were a lot of college kids in the area but even with that, it was not loud. Had a blast would choose this condo again!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The unit was clean and spacious. There was 3 adults and two children (age 6 and 15) and we were all comfortable. The location was great, checking in and out was easy - we have zero complaints. We would definitely return!

Amazing Condo - everything you need.

We had a great spring break stay at this condo. Perfect location, lots of space, fully loaded kitchen. Fabulous view and large balcony. The beach chair service is a great perk. Loved the heated pool, hot tubs, beach access and tiki bar. Restaurant onsite was good. Lots more within walking distance. Condo was clean, updated, cutely decorated. Great linens and comfy beds. Not one complaint. I would definitely go back if we come to the area again!!

Wonderful , Amazing!!

We had an amazing time in Florida!! The property manager - Marsha Was amazing and I have never had someone so great! She checked on us and made sure everything was good. With everyone struggling during the pandemic, Marsha made it a stress free stay ! Oh, and the beach and condo was amazing! The view is priceless!!!

Vacation

We had no issues checking in or with parking the condo was well stocked with cooking utensils toys for the beach etc. The views from the balcony were spectacular with the ocean and bay both seen from the balcony. We had a very mild inconvenience with a shower curtain rod falling which was immediately resolved by the property owners. We will be returning for sure. Excellent I would highly recommend

Location

We loved the location to the beach. Loved that there was a beach bar and the skywalk overpass to get there was so handy. We liked the floor plan, it worked really well for us. We used the ice chest, warning it’s really big and gets heavy fast. We had to clean it before we could use it, because the last people who used it didn’t drain it properly and there was water and mold in it.

Beautiful place

This was one of the best vacations we have been on. We arrived late and the front desk was closed, however Julie was quick to text back and give instructions to get in touch with security for the parking pass. Beach service was a nice touch and the beach was super easy to get to, clean and best of all… not crowded! The restaurant on site was delicious and the condo had extra touches like a small fan, boogie boards, cooler, etc. we had a group of 5 and fit comfortably. The condo is situated on the side of the building and it not a straight on view of the beach, but it was still beautiful. We would love to return to Destin and visit this property again. 5 stars!

HOT!

We had booked a short 3 night stay. Checking in was a breeze. We had a 10pm check in. had to call security, he came immediately to deliver parking pass and property codes. - Went up to the room, soon as we opened that door it was VERY hot. Thinking because the thermostat was turned up to 79 we turned it down to 72 and went to bed. Morning finally came and it was still very hot. We had reservations throughout the day and hoped it was cool when we got back. It went down to 77 when we got back so we thought it was finally working. We were wrong. 81 degrees at 3am. Contacted Julie, she got back with us immediately, restarted the thermostats. Nothing. Had to have the maintenance come up and fix it the AC. Had reservations that we lost on, took an hour, but it finally was fixed. Had the A/C been working properly it wouldn’t have been bad to sleep in. -It wasn’t the cleanest. cups still in the dishwasher. It looked like someone had cut there hair and put it in the dryer. Food crumbs in the floor. Shower liner/ curtains needed cleaned or thrown out. Towels and linens to the beds looked clean. And counters wiped down. The furniture looked clean -outside it is quiet and the views are beautiful. -location was great we walked down to Surf Hut both evenings to eat.

We had a great stay!! The owner had great communication. We like that the Surfside complex has a pool that is heated (not cold in October like other area resorts) and has 2 hot tubs. The unit was great and has a great view of the sunrise, the beach, and the pool. We enjoyed the beach umbrella and chair service that was provided by this owner. Only con - The master bed mattress is very firm, so we added egg crates to make the bed more comfy. We’d stay here again - 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents all enjoyed the stay.
