Una impresionante casa de vacaciones familiar moderna con jardín y piscina privados en la zona de Costabella, Marbella. Situado a tan solo 300 metros de la mejor playa de Marbella.

La casa de vacaciones tiene tres dormitorios distribuidos en dos plantas. En la planta baja se encuentra la cocina de planta abierta conectada con el comedor, el gran salón con una escalera de madera abovedada que conduce al segundo piso. En la planta baja también hay dos dormitorios, ambos con su propio baño.



El primer piso está completamente reservado para la suite principal y su terraza con increíbles vistas al mar. La casa ha sido construida con un estilo moderno con mucha superficie de ventana que deja entrar la hermosa luz mediterránea.



La terraza de la sala de estar tiene vistas al jardín y es el lugar perfecto para comer. La casa está orientada al sur y el jardín está completamente vallado. La piscina en forma de L está supervisada por la terraza, por lo que es perfecta para los padres que quieren vigilar a su hijo.



La mayoría de las comodidades se encuentran a poca distancia de la casa; supermercados, restaurantes y por supuesto la playa. En las cercanías hay varias instalaciones deportivas como clubes de tenis (Royal tennis club, Pinomar raquets club), clubs de golf (Santa Clara y Marbella Golf and country club), gimnasios e incluso instalaciones para montar a caballo.

Well maintained and close to most things like the old town ,beaches and shops. The grounds were maintained immaculately Very prompt response to a view issues with a leaking ceiling ! The use of artificial plants indoors ,but understand why !!

Great girly break

Myself and 5 girlfriends stayed for 3 nights. The villa was perfect for our little break away, the beach is around a 30 minute walk away and other places are just 15 minutes in an Uber. We dined at an amazing restaurant called Breathe which I would highly recommend. Lovely area if you are looking for a quiet time or you are willing to pay for taxis.

Everything was great except a kne time instance where the fuses went out due to some electrical issu

Everything was great except a kne time instance where the fuses went out due to some electrical issue that was fixed the same day. However, the only large minus was the two seprete beds bedroom it was never i tented as a bedroom and it was extremely small and uncomfortable the same goes for the adjecent bathroom which was simply too small. Myself and my friends switched around the bedrooms and that was when I realized how subpar to the rest was the separete beds bedroom. Considering we payed the same amount you are better of if this room is left unuseddedicated to kids.

Amazing accommodation with a great host

The house is amazing, very spacious and immaculately clean. Great location near the beach and short drive from the center. The host was so nice and helpful and he went above and beyond to make are stay pleasurable. Will definitely book this accommodation in the future
