This stunning new 4 bedroom villa offers both luxury and comfort in a fantastic location. The villa is situated just minutes walk from the resort centre and sandy beaches of Protaras. Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the spacious garden and pool area provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.
This stunning villa is set out on three levels. The ground floor features a living, dining and kitchen area with breakfast bar and patio doors leading out to the pool area. The furniture and decor throughout is very contemporary and stylish and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A bedroom with sofa bed and separate w/c are also located on this floor.
Upstairs on the first floor you can find 3 spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom is a twin room. The second room has a double bed and a balcony with sea views, there is also an en-suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is at the back of the house with a balcony overlooking the pool area and countryside. There is also a family bathroom located on this floor with bathtub, w/c and overhead shower.
Up on the third floor you can find a stunning roof terrace which is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the morning sun.
Outside, the garden area features a large swimming pool and is the perfect place to spend long summer days sunbathing. The garden wraps around the house and is covered with AstroTurf for extra comfort. An outside covered seating area overlooks the pool and is great for evening dining if you want to stay at home and light the BBQ, this area also has wind down blinds to make the most of even the cooler nights out of summer. There is an outside kitchen and TV for that extra convenience.
A satellite TV, and WI-FI are included. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout.

As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties, as well as rent them, we saw a huge gap in the rental market, as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is the most successful short-term rental provider in the Famagusta area as well as manager of over 150+ villas. With such a wide range of villas, Imagine Villa Rentals is able to accommodate you, no matter how big your group.
Imagine Villa Rentals thrives on good customer service and listening to our guests, which is why approximately 50% of our business comes from repeat clients and recommendations, which is a great indication that we are getting it right. No company, however, is perfect, which is why we are always striving to improve things for our property owners and guests, so any feedback we receive is very welcome and always taken seriously.
