Lovely Villa

The villa had everything we needed. Very comfortable and clean. Pool and pool area was a great size with BBQ area. Short walk to the great beach and Restaurants/Bars. Would highly recommend, we had a great 11 nights here.

Lovely Villa will return

Great location 5 mins to nearest beach , we had a car so we explored anyway. Quiet area with a good sun from 9-3pm on the pool area. Well equipped with most things you need. Pool checked twice a week. I would 100% stay here again and will be booking for next year as it’s convenient and easy to book. I have some ideas to just make it a little better - Tea towels More bath towels Lights outside that do not need main switch cannot ever leave a light on as you have to take the key out. May need a little touch up of paint soon some areas a little tatty but nothing severe but I would think in another years time areas will need attending

The property itself is great, the location was perfect for us, you are very close to bars and restaurants (our favorite To Limani), its very quiet and this is the only Villa on the complex that is not immediately overlooked by another. The decor inside could do with an update its a little tired, the furniture in the living room needs replacing, 1 stool item broken, sofa missing a back cushion and stained, the beds were very comfy, tv channels very limited but there is Netflix (if you have an account) available, the majority of the Villa was clean but the top of the fridge looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time and was visible while in the kitchen. The biggest issue is there is one external key and it is attached to the fob for the electric therefore if you leave the Villa and take the key there is no electric, this is a problem if you are party of people it makes it difficult if you want to do different things, for example my adult son and his partner stayed with us and wanted to go out late into the evening, myself and my wife wanted an early night but we had to let them back in late night or let them take the key and we had no electricity....this doesn't work, we asked for an extra key but were told we couldn't have one. All in all this is a very nice Villa with a great location with easy access to restaurants and a short walk to the sea front, a little extra care cleaning, change the key situation and replace the sofa and it would be a great Villa.

Beautiful Property

The property was very clean and looked just as the pictures online. It had a lovely outdoor area which had the sun for most of the day, although as it was late in the year (Oct/Nov) the sun went down quite early. We didn’t use the pool as it was very cold, it was much warmer in the sea. We self catered a fair bit and although the property had all the appliances you could want, we felt these could have been of a better quality considering the rental price of the property. Although spotlessly clean the oven was very poor and could mean that food on a tray could be over cooked in one area, whilst not cooked in another. The WIFI was also very poor which wasn’t good as my husband was working while we were away. It also meant that the television didn’t work very well and buffered a lot. I recognise that these are not necessarily issues which people might worry about on holiday, but it’s these little things which make a villa extra special.

Beautiful villa...great locetion

Villa Martha is lovely... exactly what we wanted for our family holiday. The Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival so made a great first impression. Having our own pool was a real treat. The pool at Villa Martha was great - it enjoyed the sun all day, unlike some of the other villas which were quite shaded. Unfortunately, it's looking a little tired - some of the tiles need a good clean as they're a bit grimey, and quite a few are loose or missing. We experienced problems with one of the air conditioning units and also the safe was not working when we arrived - both of these were resolved quite quickly by the maintenance team The Villa could be better-equipped especially when you consider it has an outside kitchen/bbq so there is a high possibility that guests would be eating in. We found it was lacking in a number of kitchen items such as oven-proof dishes, oven gloves, salad spinner and tea towels. We ended up buying some of these items as emails to Villas2Let were not acknowledged or responded to. I would have expected that tea towels & oven gloves were a basic provision and part of the itinerary. So, to whoever occupies Villa Martha after 8th August, you're welcome... we hope you find these items useful. Would we return? Yes probably as the Villa is lovely and located very close to one of our favourite beaches. Overall 8.5/10 - a pool-refresh and review of the kitchen itinerary would get it a 10/10.

Nice villa but needs some attention. Bedroom door handle kept falling off patio door very awkward to lock also cushions missing from sofa could also do with some safety equipment for younger children ie table corner protection also some plastic cups plates etc. swimming pool very nice but has loads off tile spaces left in bottom of pool. Apart from these little niggles the villa has everything else you need cleaners do a very good job overall a good stay and would return

Didn't want to leave

Loved this villa. Fantastic location just a few mins away from a beautiful beach. It's in a private complex away from the main road. Facilities and amenities were to our standards for our 3 week stay. Would love to come back.
