¡Este condominio se encuentra tan cerca del Golfo como se puede llegar al Silver Shells Beach Resort and Spa! S t. Maarten 305 se encuentra en el centro de la prestigiosa calle St. ¡El edificio de Maarten, y la vista desde su balcón privado es espectacular! El elevador semiprivado que lo lleva directamente a su casa de vacaciones es una característica única y muy conveniente que lo distingue de todos los demás. Toda esta casa también tiene baldosas de travertino en todo. Tanto el dormitorio principal como el salón se encuentran frente al golfo de México y ofrecen excelentes vistas y acceso al balcón privado frente al golfo. La cocina está totalmente equipada con asientos en el comedor y en el bar de desayunos. Todos los dormitorios y la sala de estar tienen televisores de pantalla plana.

El dormitorio King Guest también tiene una cama King, televisión de pantalla plana, acceso al baño del pasillo con ducha y una entrada privada al segundo balcón que da a la bahía de Choctawhatchee y al área metropolitana de Destin. El segundo dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama doble, dos literas con literas extraíbles, un televisor de pantalla plana, su propio baño privado con combinación de bañera y ducha y también comparte el segundo balcón con orientación norte. Great location and facility. Right on the beach, the pool was great, and right next to a seafood restaurant and coffee/frozen yogurt shop! The condo was clean and fit our group with plenty of room!

Amazing property!

The unit is absolutely gorgeous. A major plus for my family traveling with an elderly adult and small children was the elevator that opened into the unit. The property owner was quick to respond and solve two issues we had during our stay. Conveniently located to restaurants and attractions. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo and Nice Resort

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was expertly decorated, extremely comfortable, and a very short and direct walk to the beach. Gorgeous views! Our kids enjoyed the pools at the resort, including the the heated pool and large hot tub. The resort also has a nice fitness center and a Ruth Chris restaurant that we visited. It was a very short walk to a local breakfast restaurant and candy shop that the kids loved. We had a bonfire set up on the beautiful beach one night and had lunch occasionally at the beach bar. Also a short walk to "The Back Porch," a good seafood restaurant. Many other restaurants and shopping were a short drive.

Location and view were great. The private elevator was a plus, but the floors we really dirty. We were somewhat surprised that some of the basic supplies where not included. We were only given on extra trash bag for a six day stay, only one roll of paper towels, no coffee filters and no salt and pepper. Basic items that have always been available at any other Vrbo we have rented. For the cost, I can honestly say I would not rent this property again

Amazing Week with the Family!

What a beautiful property! The owner Jessica was a pleasure to deal with and the condo was amazing! We were 6 adults and six kids under 8! We had plenty of room and the beach and pool were very close! You get a complimentary beach set up with the condo which was nice but our family loved going to the beach every morning and playing at the shoreline! The pool was a big hit as well and we enjoyed ordering drinks from the Tiki bar! We loved the snorkeling tour where you snorkel then hunt for dolphins and finally snorkel for sea shells! All ages enjoyed that tremendously! We dined at McGuires (great food) and then the last night we went to LuLus where the kids played in the sand while the adults drank and relaxed! The seafood was great there as well! There was plenty more to do at Silver shells resort that we just didn’t get around to! Would definitely stay again! Very secure and safe!

Don’t look at any others, this is the place!!

We have stayed at various condos at silver shells the past three years. Our favorites have always been in the St Maarten building. But this one is our #1 now. The place is clean, fully stocked, and updated. We were worried with it being on 3rd floor that the pictures wouldn’t be accurate of the view. We were wrong! View is beautiful. Couches and patio furniture weren’t all that comfortable but we didn’t spend much time inside anyway! Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room through out. We brought our very active 1 year old with us this time and there was very little baby proofing we needed to do and was otherwise safe for him and safe for the condo. Property owners-correct me if I’m wrong but we couldn’t find if the beach set up was including in our stay so we paid for the beach service-which we haven’t needed to do at the others. The updated, clean finishes, perfect location made it easy for us as a family of 5! The pool was clean, and the beach was clean.. bar & grill, banana boat/jet ski rental just a few steps away. The back porch is maybe a 5 minute walk, coffee/candy/gift shop right behind it!

Great condo! Great locatio!

We couldn’t have loved this condo more! The layout was great. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The extra refrigerator was a fantastic amenity for extra beverages and ice. The private elevator was something we’ve never had before but was so nice. The view was great and we spent much of our time on the patio. I’m guessing everyone else that stays there does the same. The patio cushions were pretty worn but that would be my only complaint. It sure didn’t stop us from spending time out there. We loved hanging out on the beach. The pool bathrooms were a bit of a walk but fortunately the public beach and restrooms were right there. Also loved being so close to The Back Porch. I’ve been traveling to Destin for quite a while and this condo/location is in my top ten! We had a fabulous time!

Very Nice But...

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Very well-appointed, beautiful oceanfront view, lovely pool and comfortable overall for our family. The issue with this condo is the location and the fact that the Destin airport is literally right behind the buildings in the take-off pattern. So, you pretty much have to stop your conversation every time a plane takes off, which can be every 20 minutes or less. This was very disruptive and problematic for anyone who wants to simply relax. The other issue is with Destin in general and the fact that the beaches in front of this condo do not allow your own umbrellas and canopies. It was ridiculous to see the beaches in front of Silver Shells practically empty other than people using their own chair and umbrella service. The slivers of public beach flanking both sides of the property on the other hand (where we had to lug our canopy, chairs, umbrellas, etc.) were packed with people. For these two reasons, airplane noise and beach restrictions, we will not plan to stay here again.

Renting our home is a way of sharing our love of the beach! We relax on the beach all day and enjoy a quick walk to happy hour at Ruth's Chris in the evenings. We love the idea of parking the car upon arrival and never having to leave! We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do!
