Hermosa unidad de planta baja en Ocean Front St. Edificio Maarten. Completamente renovado con todo nuevo, desde pisos hasta cocina y baños en mayo de 2018. Unidad de fácil acceso desde cubierta o estacionamiento. Ideal para descargar equipaje y comestibles directamente en la unidad antes de estacionar. La unidad tiene rey, rey, 2 reinas. Ideal para dos familias con niños o 3 parejas. Si no le gustan las alturas, esta unidad es perfecta y aún tiene vista al mar. Mesa de cocina con capacidad para 6 y 4 más en el bar.

La cubierta Lanai grande es ideal para reuniones o niños para jugar. En la parrilla de la propiedad a la vuelta de la esquina. Esta unidad está al final del edificio. Muy privado. Fácil de caminar a restaurantes cerca, incluyendo Ruth Chris en la propiedad y cerca del famoso Porche trasero.

Kim was absolutely wonderful to with with and answered all messages promptly. The property was clean and the floor level accessibility was huge for my family. We will definitely be staying again!

Great location!

Kim was so easy to deal with! We loved not worrying with elevators, very convenient location. We've stayed in several different condos in the Destin area, this was our favorite! We walked to the famous Back Porch to eat lunch & dinner, breakfast across the road at The Candy Shop. Just a great location! Property is beautiful, clean, super pool! Great stay!

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay!

The location was perfect - steps from the beach, pool and restaurants. Very convenient being a ground floor unit! The oversized deck was wonderful as well with having small children. The layout and decor on the inside makes it feel like home, it's beautiful! Kim was so very nice and beyond helpful with any questions I had. All of these made a perfect vacation!

Baseball and beach

The condo was great. We had 4 adults and 3 children. It was very convenient for parking and walking right into the condo. Kim answered all of our questions right away and was a great host. I’d recommend this condo!

Great Family Vacation Site!!!

This condo was perfect for our family. It had great access to the beach. Very clean and very well kept. Easy access for parking. The kitchen was very well equipped!!! We loved the large patio that we ultimately spent every evening at!!! Kim, the owner was easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had right away. This was by far one of the best vacation rentals I’ve rented in the last 10 years.

Fantastic place to stay - you won't be disappointed!

We so enjoyed our vacation at this property! Just show up and relax. The location, size and decor is absolutely perfect. My wife liked it so much she asked if I could create a home for us just like this one. We loved the large pool and the easy access to the beach. The entire property was well maintained. Only wish we could have stayed longer. The owner (Kim) was a pleasure to work with as well. I can't recommend this one highly enough. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!

Beautiful Condo

This condo was extremely nice and made our stay so much nicer since it rained almost everyday. The condo was very clean, and the kitchen was the best stocked we've had in a rental property. The owner allowed us access to their cage which was stocked full of beach gear, meaning we did not have to pack all those bulky items. The condo had been recently remodeled and had comfortable beds and plush towels. It felt like we were staying in someones home more than a rental. We'll be back!

Fantastic Stay! Will Definitely Come Back

Our experience with this property could not have been any better! Kim was so pleasant to deal with the entire time, even while we were uncommitted and looking for places. We loved the views, the HUGE patio, and the close proximity to the beach/pool. Kim had everything perfectly situated for us. She even went out of her way to buy a pack-n-play and high chair for our children so we wouldn't have to worry about renting those items. She had so many toys, towels, a wagon, and everything else we would need to enjoy our time on the beach and on the resort property. We will definitely rent from her again!

Vacation like it should be!

Kim is by far one of the best hosts I have ever worked with. She treats you like family from start to finish and truly goes above and beyond. The condo is amazing and is probably the best equipped and decorated of any I have ever stayed in. I now know that I can pack lighter on our next visit. The location of the unit is pefect for ease of entry. My parents are handicapped, and it is so convenient having the unit at parking level with a handicapped spot right outside the door. The condo is convenient to everything whether walking or driving. You will not be disappointed, and we will defnitely be booking again. Thank you, Kim!

Look no further!

You can stop looking, because this is the place to stay! We’ve stayed at Silver Shells many years and this place offered so many conveniences we’ve never had. To begin with, unloading and loading your car directly into the unit is a game changer! We have a family of 5 and never pack light. Plus groceries are a breeze to bring in yourself and/or have delivered. Walking straight off the patio to the pool and ocean was fantastic! Everything is so beautifully decorated and new. It felt like such an amazing retreat. Kim was fantastic at giving us all the details and making us feel at home while we were there. We had everything we needed and plenty of what we wanted. The furniture was cozy and the beds were comfortable. Save yourself time comparing all the units and just book here. You won’t be disappointed!

Best condo we’ve ever rented

We do an annual Destin trip, and this condo was by far the best we’ve ever stayed at! The owner is incredible and makes everything very easy; she’s always available to answer any questions and gives you access to things most owners don’t. We were blown away by how much the condo had available for use. We loved The Silver Shells property as well. The setup is extremely nice; loading, unloading, getting down to the beach was all very easy and hassle free. The unit itself is clean and beautifully decorated. I’m very particular about where we stay, and everything about this stay exceeded my expectations! Anytime we need a 3 bedroom rental, this will be our new go to unit!

Awesome Trip

This unit was a great location and wonderful amenities. The owner responded quickly to all questions. We had 2 families with kids under 4 and being in the ground floor was awesome. Easy access to everything! We had a great vacation!

Great Condo!

It was a beautifully remodeled condo. Had everything we needed. We had some issues with a leaky AC unit and water in one of the bedrooms, but I worked with the owner to get it addressed. All good. We would stay again!

Family vacation

As all reviews note, Kim is an excellent host! The unit is clean, decorated nicely and great for a family. We had our two young children (6 and 3) and my older parents and aunt. First floor unit was ideal. We enjoyed an ocean view with the convenience and safety of a large first floor patio. It was perfection!

Couldn't be more pleased.

This was truly a home away from home. Absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, and completely updated. This property is furnished with everything you need to enjoy an amazing experience. The condo truly felt like home. The owner was in constant contact and giving us advice on how to maximize our experience. We had zero issues whatsoever. There are even a few special things about the property that we didn't know going into it. Extremely pleased and there's no way we would stay anywhere else our next time in Destin.

Best stay in Destin yet

We loved the convenience of this condo being on the deck level (still get a view of the ocean) and being on the corner with complete privacy. No hassle with elevators to go to the beach. And the updates made it such a comfortable stay. We hope to stay in this unit again!

Fantastic Family Vacation Spot

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation location. Beautiful resort and condo! High end condo exceeded our expectations! Kim was wonderful to work with and everyone was friendly. We had 2 small kids and the pool and beach was great for them and the playground was an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful beach home and location

We appreciate Mr and Mrs Sellers for allowing us in their wonderful home. The experience was like staying with a family member. Home is nothing like most rentals. The key word is home. They’ve Done a great Job of making you feel like you are at home. There wasn’t one thing missing a fully stocked home with all anyone would need during vacation. Communication and follow up during our stay was incredible and greatly appreciated. We ready to start planning our next stay.
