A nice place to spend a relaxing holiday. Due to the large outdoor area with its own pool, the accommodation has something special. Also by the location of the property not far from a beautiful beach is absolutely recommended.

We have stayed at this villa many times. It has everything required for a comfortable stay. The garden and pool area are lovely,and Andreas the owner regularly adds something new. This visit we were pleased that there is now air conditioning in the bedroom.The villa is within easy reach of supermarkets and restaurants. We usually hire a car to get around the isla s or visit the many lovely beaches.

The property was in a good setting and the gardens were excellent with lots of care for them. The inside needs a bit of an update but it was clean and the pool was maintained superbly. The location is great for a relaxing holiday with restaurants nearby. Overall a good place to stay and I would recommend it.

Lovely private villa!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Russa Alekos! It was a very cute little villa with everything you need for a stay. It is private and great to have our own pool. Kanali beach is within walking distance (v steep), but it’s useful to have a car here to visit other beaches, tavernas etc. We had lovely meals nearby at Gefiri, Toso Oso and Veramente!

We have been visiting these villas for a number of years. They are kept spotlessly clean and the towels ,bedding are changed regularly.. We really like the location as there are plenty of places to eat out and lots of little beaches and coves around .We always hire a car so that we can travel around the island.

The pool was clean and perfect for a Greek heat wave …..the local beaches busy or quiet as you need . A hired car useful try CBR for cheap rates opposite airport …. We plan to return. Efcharisto !

Unforgettable days

From start to finish everything was perfect ! We felt very comfortable in Villa Alekos, the house was clean and well maintained, the pool was cleaned every day and we got plenty of towels and bath towels. The surroundings are beautiful and there are nice taverns with very good food nearby. The island is fantastic, but a car is definitely recommended. We spent two weeks on Kefalonia, next time we will certainly stay longer and if possible we will book one of the houses of Villa Russa again!

We really loved this villa. It was well positioned for exploring all around the island. There are some really nice restaurants within walking distance of the villa and also a very good supermarket. The facilities in the villa were very good and we had all of the kitchen equipment we needed. The beds were comfy with a mix of soft and hard so that we were all able to find something to suit. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked perfectly. The outside space was an absolute dream. The pool was well maintained and the pool area was very private. The balcony was a lovely place for breakfasts and evening chill outs. The maid service was very good and we felt really well looked after. We loved this villa so much we will be returning next year and probably for many years to come.

This was our fourth stay at these villas and we have already booked to come back next year.The villas are very well equipped and very clean. We like the location, and the plants and trees that make the gardens private.The pool is well maintained and the steps up to the balcony sitting area are a welcome addition as is the sun canopy.We do rent a hire car as the beach is a long walk and it makes it easier to get around. The day that we arrived the lady in the villa next door came to say that they were going home and offered us her new beach umbrella and lilos, she told me that she had stayed at lots of villas but out of them all these villas were her favourite, we can understand this as like her we have stayed in some really flash villas but the charm of these keeps us coming back.

Beautiful location set in the hills, looking out to the sea. Very well equipped kitchen for a villa for 2! We cooked at home a couple of times and werent lacking anything. Air conditioning unit was a little noisy at night but worked very well. Shower spray was weak and the cubicle was too small for myself an my husband who are tall. Its worth hiring a car but isnt necessary as there seemed to be a good, regular bus service. There are also several restaurant/bars within reasonable walking distance. The local beach of Trapezaki was beautiful and we visited there several times, it had an amazing restaurant on the sea front that wasnt overly busy at any time we went in June. We would definitely return here.
