AMAZING stay!

An AMAZING stay! We were already impressed with our villa by reading the reviews and viewing pictures, and it was even better than we expected. Our host Sheila was there to greet us when we arrived as well as when we left the following week. She was so welcoming and accommodating. If we needed anything during our stay, including restaurant reservations or recommendations for to-dos in the area, she was so quick to respond and get us information. She was incredible! We had everything we needed for our stay and plenty of room (and more) for four of us. The salt pool was just down from the villa and was very clean and well maintained. It was just what we needed as a break from the hot June days. The view and property were beautiful, the surrounding towns were perfect to visit (with banks, markets, and restaurants), and this was a short drive to Lucca which we made a trip to nearly every day. We would absolutely stay here again and our only regret was not inviting Sheila over for wine!

The casale is a typical stone construction immersed in the woods with plenty of land for outdoor activities. The pool is the perfect excuse to avoid driving to the sea, which is 25m away. We had a lovely time, the hosts were super friendly, helpful and responsive!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Rosa. Dieser grosszgige Ort bietet auch gengend Platz (6 Zimmer!) fr zwei Familien. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Ein gepflegter Pool (1.10m tief) und ein grner Garten auf verschiedenen Ebenen mit Zitronen- und Olivenbumen laden ein zum Entspannen. Da es in dieser Zeit sehr feucht war, fhlten sich leider auch die Mcken darin sehr wohl... Allerdings ist das ganze Haus sorgfltig mit Moskito-Netzen geschtzt. Drinnen war es jederzeit angenehm khl und mckenfrei. Die Kche ist gerumig und ldt ein zum Kochen. Am grossen Tisch finden alle Platz. Auch im Wohnzimmer hat es gengend Platz fr alle. Auf den grossen Sofas vor dem Fernseher feierten wir den EM-Sieg der Italiener! Un estate italiana! Wir empfehlen die Villa von Herzen weiter und danken den Gastgebern noch einmal fr die gute Kommunikation und die Hilfsbereitschaft. Sie waren fr uns jederzeit erreichbar regelmssig ( auch bei Begrssung und Verabschiedung) vor Ort. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Just back from 10 days vacation. Fantastic reception and very hospitable owners. Spacious villa and lovely pool. Everything super clean and everything you need in the villa. Well maintained outdoor area and clean pool with lovely sunbeds. Really gained the Tuscan feeling. Highly recommended!

Top! Super! Schön!

Das Haus war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben! Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt! Der Pool war ebenfalls sauber und ausreichend für unsere 8 Personen. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig und sehr gepflegt! Wir waren 4 Paare und jedes Paar hatte ein eigenes Schlafzimmer und ein eigenes Bad! Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen! Allerdings war die letzte Anfahrt ein wenig abenteuerlich. Wir sind mit 3 PKW angereist und es gab genau 3 Parkplätze. Die Hausherren waren sehr hilfsbereit und superlieb und immer zu erreichen! Der Urlaub wird uns im positiven Sinne immer in Erinnerung bleiben!

The house was exactly as stated in the description! It was very clean and well maintained! The pool was also clean and sufficient for our 8 people. The property is spacious and very well maintained! We were 4 couples and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom! We can only recommend the house! However, the last trip was a little adventurous. We came with 3 cars and there were exactly 3 parking spaces. The hosts were very helpful and very kind and always available! The vacation will always be remembered in a positive way! Thomas

Sehr liebevoll geführtes Familien-Objekt

Ein Wunderschönes Haus, mit wunderschönem Salzwasserpool. Für uns das größte Highlight. Sehr idyllisch gelegen. Alles sehr gepflegt und liebevoll bewirtschaftet. Großzügiges Anwesen auf verschiedenen Ebenen. Der Weg zum Haus hin ist ein kleines Abenteuer, aber ab dem zweiten Mal, hat man sich daran gewöhnt. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend für 10 Personen. Sheila und Frank sind umwerfend, sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Lucca ist nur 20 min entfernt und war für unser zweites, großes Highlight. Wir konnten nicht genug von der kleinen Stadt kriegen:). Obwohl es uns schwer fiel, den Pool zu verlassen. Für uns war das einzige Manko der Schlafkomfort, wir sind wahrscheinlich einfach weichere Matratzen gewöhnt. Aber das ist sowieso sehr subjektiv und sicherlich das Schwierigste für die Gastgeber zu entscheiden, welches die richtigen Matratzen für die Gäste sind. Alles in allem, auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen. (Ach, und etwas gegen Moskitos einpacken!)

We have done everything we could to complete our vacation days, including visiting tourist attractions. The local supermarket has just enough to offer to prepare your own meals. It is wonderful to be able to move freely in a foreign country because it is safe.
